I creted a Sherpa System/SOP for one of my clients
Exporting Campaign from Sherpa System
Here is the standard operating procedure when exporting campaign from Sherpa to
MOJO.
Pre-pick a campaign where you want to download leads
1. After logging in to LeadSherpa locate the “Campaigns” tab on the left.
2. Select a campaign where you want to download leads that you will later export to
MOJO.
3. After selecting and opening the campaign where you want to get the leads from,
scroll down and look for “Phone Numbers” under “Import Stats” at the bottom
rightmost part of the screen.
4. Click the download icon at the right side of the “Phone Numbers” to download the
leads.
5. Once the "Phone Numbers" has been downloaded on your computer, open the
file and sort the data under DNC column.
6.
After sorting the data, scroll down until the most bottom part of the sheet. Select
and delete all leads that are TRUE under DNC column. This way, all DNC leads
will be removed.
7. Once DNC leads have been removed, delete “Prospect Name” column so names
will not be doubled once uploaded in MOJO. You can also delete “Stage”
column.
8. Save it in csv format, and the file is now ready for upload.
Uploading the downloaded leads to the MOJO dialer.
1. Log in to your MOJO account. Select “Data and Dialer” on the menu.
2. On the “Calling Lists” table, click the plus sign to add a list or folder. This time, we
will create a list and name it with the campaign we would like to add.
3. Once the campaign has been added on the calling lists, select that campaign and
click “import file”. Make sure you click the right campaign where you want the
leads to be added.
4. Locate and upload the file you saved on step 8. Please note, Mojo accepts the
following formats only: .xls .xlsx .csv
5. Choose your file source and destination. In this step, you will choose the source of
your leads and where they will go. Choose the list or group from the available
options, this time we will choose the list we just added on step 2. If you are creating
a new list or group, simply select the [+] button and name it, then choose it. There’s
a “Manager Option” below but you can leave it as “None”.
6. Map your files. Make sure that “Mojo Fields” is the same as “Your File Leads”. It is
not necessary to map all fields, just make sure you map all the important
information necessary when cold calling. (First Name, Last Name, Property
Address, Property City, Property Zip code and Phone Number. You can also map
the mailing fields.”
7. If you will be importing files with the same format often, save your mapping as a
template and significantly reduce your future import time. Once template has been
saved,
click
“Next”.
8. Make sure that all the fields are correct. If there are any mistakes, you can always
remap the data before finishing import. The “Duplicate Options” is recommended
to be on “Keep Old”, then click “Finish Import”
9. Go back to “Data and Dialer” page and your calling list is good to go.
