I creted a MOJO System/SOP for one of my clients

Drop Answering Machine (Voicemail) - Creating your Drop Answering Machine
(Voicemail) messages for Power Dialing is optional, but we recommend it to
increase your efficiency.
Callback - At least one Callback message is required if you are Power Dialing
with multiple lines. The Callback message is played to one of the call recipients
in the rare occasion when more than one person answers the phone during a
multi-line Power Dialing session.
Use the following procedure to record your messages:

Voicemail Messages link.

the required fields in the dialog box, and then click the Create button.

record your message there is no need to delay before speaking your message.
5. Click on the Add Callback Msg button to create a callback message, enter the
required fields in the dialog box, and then click the Create button.
6. Answer the call and follow the voice prompts to record your message. When you
record your message there is no need to delay before speaking your message.
Call Result Definitions and Actions
There are 8 Call Result buttons to classify the last result of your
Mojo Power Dialer calls:
Contact is used when you make contact with your contact;
depending on the conversation, you may also want to update the
contact's List or Group classification.
No Contact Next Record is used when you have not made
contact with your target and want to move on to the next record.
No Contact Next Number is used when you have not made
contact with your target and want to try the next available phone
number on the record, before moving on to the next contact. This
button is only available when there is more than (one) available
phone number for the contact.
Bad Number is used when the number is no longer in service or
the number does not reach the desired contact; this call result will
remove only the number that was dialed; the contact and other
numbers will remain in the calling list.
Drop Msg is used when you reach a contact's voicemail/answering machine to
drop/leave your recorded Drop Message. You do not have to wait for the beep; as soon
as you know it is a voicemail/answering machine, you can select this result button; Mojo
will wait for the correct time to leave your message.
Left Msg is an alternative to Drop Msg, and is displayed in the event the user has not
chosen an automated voicemail message to drop during call session set up. In this
case, you will manually leave a message when you reach a voicemail or answering
machine.
DNC Contact is used to flag not only the contact's record but all associated phone
numbers as Do Not Call (DNC) so if the record has 3 phone numbers all 3 phone
numbers will be flagged as DNC.
DNC Number is used to flag just the number that you are connected as DNC; if there
are other phone numbers, those numbers can still be dialed.
Note: If N/A or Incomplete is listed under the Activities section in the contact screen or
the call reports, this means that the caller hung up the phone and a call result status
button was not selected OR there was a broken connection between the users browser
and the Mojo system during the call.
Call Hammer Response
When a contact has more than one available phone number, the Call Hammer feature,
when activated, will proceed to call all available phone numbers until you choose a call
result button that indicates you've either made contact, or you are ready to move to the
next contact.
Call Results that initiate the Call Hammer Feature (will result in calling next phone
number):
No Contact Next Number: This result will move you to the next number on the record.
For example, if you call your target, and find out you've reached their child. You have
not made contact with your target, and you want to keep trying them on all available
phone numbers.
Bad Number: This result will move you to the next available phone number for your
contact, and remove the 'Bad Number' from the record.
Left Msg/Drop Msg: Both of these results will move you to the next number on the
contact record.
DNC Number: This result will move you to the next number on the contact record and
place the current number on your local DNC list inside of Mojo so it cannot be imported
or called again in the future.
Call Results that DO NOT initiate the Call Hammer Feature (will result in calling the next
contact in your list/group):
Contact: This result will move you on to the next contact, as you have indicated you've
reached your target.
No Contact Next Record: This result will move you to the next contact. For example, if
you reach someone on a call, who indicates the homeowner is on vacation and is not
receiving calls at this time, you will use this result to indicate you did not make contact,
but also instruct the dialer to move on to the next contact since you know the current
target is not taking calls.
DNC Contact: This result will move you to the next contact, and put all phone numbers
for the current record on your local DNC list in Mojo, it will not be called or imported in
the future.
Creating Groups and Tagging Leads
To easily sort each lead that you dialed based on their criteria, you can create and
customize different groups on Mojo Dialer.
How to create Groups on MOJO
1. Log in to your Mojo account and go to Data and Dialer.
2. Click the plus sign on beside Groups.
3. Create a group or folder based on how you want to categorize your calls.
(Appointment set, Dead Lead, Future Follow-up, etc)
Note : You can always add and remove or edit the folders or groups. (On the
picture at step 2, we added “After 1 month FU” so we can re-dial the leads that
we want to call after a month.)
Below are the steps on how to start calling on Mojo.
1. Log in to your MOJO dialer. Go to Data and Dialer.
2. Select a calling list or group that you want to dial.
3. Once you have selected a calling list or group, click Power Dialer, then Start
Power Dialer.
Note :
Make sure that bullet is on Call this list from where I last left off starting with
new leads first if you are going to continue dialing a particular list or group. In
that way, you won’t be redialling leads from the very beginning.
It is recommended that the number of lines dialing for you is on 3 to maximize
your dialing time.
The number of lines dialing for you is recommended to be around 4-5 if you
want to dial as many numbers as you can during your dialing time.
4. Click Start Dialing.
5. Once you click Start Dialing, MOJO will give you a number to dial on your
Google voice or Ring Central. Dial the number and wait for the recording to ask
for the pin. Enter the pin provided by MOJO using your dial pad.
(If ever you encounter an error using the number provided, just click New Server
and MOJO will give you a new number to dial. Repeat the process if error
occurs.)
6. Once your MOJO started dialing, see Cold calling Script.
How to Tag leads and sort leads according to groups
1. After the call, tag the lead based where you want to move it.
2. Once you have tagged the lead, the lead will automatically move to the group
so you can dial it again in the future.
Note : Used Mojo contact for sample purposes only
