February 20​th​, 2014 Dear Friend of Hephzibah, Providing the resources for children to be healthy and comfortable is demanding even in small families. Here, we need to provide for a family of forty. Half of those are teens in desperate need of a secure foundation and the others are their young children. Running a haven for them means a constant demand for basic necessities. That is why we ask that you take a look at our current list of needs and consider donating the basics of life for these children. ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● Disposable Diapers–sizes 3, 4, 5 and Pull-Ups Baby Outfits and Jackets –especially for boys sizes 18 months – 5T Onesies – all sizes Baby Wipes Baby body-wash Crib Sheets Body Wash Lotion – non-flowery scents Conditioner Shampoo Dandruff Shampoo Bar Soap – especially Dove Liquid Hand Soap Refills Razors and Shaving Cream Acetaminophen / Ibuprofen Kitchen Towels and Dish Cloth Anti-Itch Cream / Antibacterial Cream Natural Bristle Hair Brushes & Combs Maxipads Blow Dryers / Flat Irons / Curling Irons Bath Towels and Washcloths or Scrubbies Mechanical Pencils College Ruled Notebook Paper & Notebooks Donated goods allow us to save thousands of dollars a year off our operating expenses which run at $275,000 a month. If you are unable to give physical donations, we gratefully accept monetary donations. We also ask that you join us in prayer for our residents.
