BUSINESS OVERVIEW
WHAT SPARK FITNESS OFFERS?
Spark Fitness sell health and fitness related
equipements and accessories. Such as Dumbells,
Ropes, Yoga mats, Rods, Treadmills, Cardio
machines, Bumper, Commercial cardio and Strength
machines & Olympic Weight Plates etc.
Also provides, assemble and installation services
within 200 miles of their physical location.
CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
& GOALS
Completely set up for Google Search, Display ad &
Shopping Ad campaign including set up product feed
for all products,
Also, need to set up Merchant Center Store, set up
Shopping Ads, bids/budgets to get Sales.
Project goals :
Initially the goal was to successfully setup the shopping
ads and to optimize the campaign to get sales at lower
cost.
Our short term goal was to get first sale and then to
scale up the sale with effective cost per click and cost
per purchase.
OUR PLAN
We first setup the Shopping Campaign because they're
the small, squareish image ads that
appear at the top of the Google Search pages,
sometimes under the premium ads
on the left, other times in the upper-right-hand corner.
These images draw the eye and attract a
disproportionate share of clicks. E-commerce stores
that run adwords Shopping Ad campaigns often bring
in their highest ROI through
these simple ads.
With this, we have done effective keywords research,
written competitive ad copies in variations, created ad
extensions, find out negative keywords and complete
the set up.
Also, designed Display ad banners and setup standard
and responsive display ads by targeting intent based
audience and topics.
Finally, created and installed the Google conversion
tracking codes to track the multiple goals as per
business demand.
ACHIEVEMENT OVERVIEW
We have analyzed the performance of existing
campaigns and then started from the scratch on the
last week of February and achieved the stats above .
Although, it took a lot of optimization work and
analysis.
We kept our optimization and covered all the aspects
of possibility to grab the customers. In further slides
you will see the break down steps that how we were
able to achieve this milestone.
As a result we achieved a conversion rate of more
than 7% and cost per conversion at $63.04

PLANS
The project is still with us and we are making more
strategy to grab the customers who visited us but left
without buying anything. We are planning to run
ALPHA - CAMPAIGN and Dynamic Remarketing
Campaign. It will help us to get more sales from people
already visited us.
Also, We are planning to try more Marketing Platforms.
We already have suggested the client about it and
discussing further to kick-start with other platforms as
well.
We will take this project to below given platforms.
