Activate key attrition/retention strategies including effective workload distribution

Next level talent management by building agile team capabilities and creating a succession
plan for key positions

Finish what we started: complete transitions, embed KPI’s/SLA’s and implement CI Ideas

Solidify foundations: standardize and reduce # of SOP’s, operationalize SPM, optimize
