The firm has opened its water reprocessing plant where it is reprocessing the waste water. The firm has also implanted several trees to save water. Because the firm is producing a non-alcoholic drink that needs a lot of water therefore in return firm is implanting trees to save water.
Legal:
The Coca-Cola has to obey the regulations regarding consumer health and safety.

Coca-Cola in India fronting significant rivalry with Pepsi, Cadbury, and Parle that are leading the drink industry. The worldwide sales of Coca-Cola are greater than Pepsi. However, in India Pepsi is the leader of the beverage market with highest sales because at the beginning coke confronted legal problems when entering the Indian market.
According to the survey report presented in Beverage digest 2008, Pepsi is the leader of the Indian market having 30.8% upsurge in market share, however, the Coca-Cola market share has been declined to 42.7%. But steadily Coke is increasing its market share by setting up its own distribution network and bottling plant.

The numerous legal factors are the regulations regarding consumer health and safety. It is noticeable that if the firm fails to obey these laws, then it would impose an adverse effect on the brand image and firm has to pay significant penalties. Therefore, the firm Coca-Cola must keep a consistent check whether its processes are in compliance with the kingdom’s legal factors.

The capital primarily refers to money and also include tools, equipment, transport, etc. For Coca-Cola company, the capital includes the machinery used to manufacture the bottles and the drinks.
