Leave Policy for Wellness
Leave Policy for Wellness/Sales Team
To ensure discipline and maintain operational efficiency, the following leave policy is applicable
to all members of the Wellness and Sales Team:
1. Monthly Leave Limit
Team members are entitled to a maximum of two (2) leaves per month, strictly for
emergency purposes.
These leaves must be pre-approved by their respective Line Managers.
2. Additional Leave Requests
In case of more than two (2) leaves in a single month, prior approval from the Head
Office (HR Department) is mandatory.
Failure to obtain approval will result in salary deduction for any unapproved leave
days.
3. Half Day Policy
Two (2) half leaves will be considered as one (1) full leave.
If a half leave is taken after exhausting the allowed two full leaves, then half-day
allowance will be deducted accordingly.
4. Non-Compliance
Any violation of this policy (e.g., taking unauthorized leaves, exceeding limits without
approval) will lead to salary deductions and may impact the employee's performance
record.
5. Implementation
This policy shall be monitored and enforced by HR in coordination with Line
Managers.
Managers are responsible for timely communication and submission of leave approvals.
