Workplace Ethics
Ethics is putting principles into action. Consistency between what we say we value and
what our actions say we value is a matter of integrity.
Purpose:
The purpose of this document is to provide brief instructions regarding the workplace
environment at Nutrifactor Laboratories Pvt Ltd.
Scope:
This instruction is supposed to follow by all employees at Head Office.
Instructions
In order to discuss departmental matters or approvals/signatures by CEO. Kindly "Call
before visit".
It is required for designated employees to wear formal attire which includes formal Dress
Shirt, Dress Pent, or Suit and Tie, paired with closed-toes shoes.
o *(The tie should be simple, avoiding bright colors or busy patterns.)
Employees can wear more casual attire every Friday. Causal dressing includes Jeans,
Khakis, T-Shirts, Polo’s, and Traditional dress (Kameez Shalwar)
You are advised to switch off all electrical appliances before leaving your workplace so
that no untoward incident should happen. (Especially during rest time).
You are supposed to mark your attendance through your employee cards otherwise you
will be considered absent and a deduction will be made accordingly.
In case of a lost Employee Card a fine of 500rs will be imposed.
Before leaving the office during working hours inform reception & fill out the short leave
form available at reception in case of leave.
Please be advised that sitting, or waiting outside the CEO’s office is strictly prohibited.
Any employee found doing so will be subject to a fine of PKR 5,000.
Visitors are not allowed to sit at your workstation.
No Employee is allowed to do any personal work of any (Senior/Junior) Employee.
Facebook, YouTube, or any other social media personal usage is strictly prohibited
during working hours. Social media is authorized to conduct for business purposes only.
No technical document related to clients either new or old will be proceed without the
approval of Mr Amir Mustafa & Mr. Naveed Bukhari.
No contractual work should start without setting the final price and approval.
After Rest time late sitting is strictly prohibited
Avoid putting any drink on your table as it can spill and deteriorate important papers or
laptops.
Use paper stationery only under unavoidable situations. Priorities sending documents in
soft form.
Be cooperative & nice to everyone around you and no one is allowed to behave
impolitely with any employee either senior/junior.
It is prohibited to receive any sort of gifts/vouchers/remunerations on the company’s
behalf.
Refrain from engaging in gossip while in the reception area.
Arrange a backup of your System data, for this purpose coordinate with IT Department.
Don’t use your personal Emails, IDs, and Contact Numbers for official Communications.
Communication with other departments should be in written form (WhatsApp, email etc)
Time relaxation is not allowed. Late comers will pay the fine from their salaries.
For planned leave, you have to tell your manager one day before. In case of emergency
leave, you have to make a phone call or convey message.
You are not liable to be employed anywhere else until you’re working with Nutrifactor
Laboratories.
After probation period, the employees are required to provide 1 month notice in case of
resignation, and conversely, the company will do the same when terminating an
employee. The company also reserves the right to terminate your employment
immediately, without prior notice, in the case of any unethical conduct or other actions
deemed detrimental to the company's interests.
Bringing personal laptops onto the office premises is strictly prohibited.
Use the gate drop-off system for non-essential items; collect them at day end.
It is mandatory that all written replies or documents intended for submission to any
government office must first approved by the respective Head of Department (HOD).
Employees leaving the company must ensure that their belongings, including drawers and
cabins, are thoroughly cleaned, leaving no important documents or personal items behind.
