Dancing is the right thing to do every day. Why get ashamed of it?
Clearly, as you start reading the beggining of this article, you will wonder when you last threw your hat in the air to dance Rumba, Samba, Rock and roll, Tango, Solo, Tarantella, Veleta and Waltz.
"Dance? What for? I have plenty of important things to do other than dancing!"
By the way, dancing is not as childish as you think.
It brightens your day.
Up to this point l am saying dance makes you to be in your seventh heaven!
It shines in your life with a bright light.
Let us now jump straight in at the deep end by looking at these three reasons why dance brightens your life.

But some one may argue the toss by saying dancing is just fun and does not help our bodies become physically fit. Such a statement might arise from seeing people dancing at a pub or party whilst drunk.
The answer to this is for one to observe people who take dancing as a career: ballet or traditional dancers.
They are all physically fit.
This is not to say you must take a dancing career, but you can jump a hurdle by consider half of an hour dancing at home with your family members every day.
You will possible object here by saying your family members might refuse and may look at you as silly and stupid. This, l freely admit, and in fact, some family members may even go to the extent of calling you insane.
Decide to sail against the wind!
In that case, come hell or high water, you must bounce back whilst dancing to your favourite musical tune. If they discover that you are enjoying they may consider joining you.
The proof of the pudding is in the eating.

Here you might ask,"How can dancing make me physically fit?"
The answer to this question starts by comparing the flow of your blood to that of water in a river.
Blood flows like a river or a stream. When a river is fast flowing, it has a lot of power to push sediments, sand, stones and other obstacles away from it's way. It then flows fast because its way is clear.
This is similar to the way blood circulate around the body. If you dance for some time, you feel a warm inner glow.
That will cause the blood to move very fast through your blood vessels.
Fats and other proteins lining your blood vessels are pushed away.
You become a well oiled piece of machinery!
Once your blood vessels are clear the supply of blood to all the cells of your body becomes easier.
Your now jump for joy!
You want to dance the more because your blood is easily and quickly transporting oxygen, food nutrients and water to all your cells.
It is also removing waste products such a carbon dioxide, urea and excess water from your body in form of sweat.
Assuredly, dancing improves your life; no, not so much improving as making your muscles, tendons as well as blood vessels strong.
You now rub your hands with glee!
Your blood becomes hot and transport food to all the cells of your body. Dancing makes you feel excited about your life.
You might wake up feeling stressed, angry or unhappy about something. Simply tune in to your best song and start dancing.
Don't worry about the steps you make whilst dancing.
Just dance!

The discussion above focused on how dancing can improve the movement of blood in your body. We should now turn our attention to what happens to your bones as you dance regularly.
A qustion that arises here is that, "Can dancing help to make your bones stronger?"
To answer this question, lets begin by examining what happens to your bones as you get older.
As you grow older, your bones become weak and very light. This can cause a disease called osteoporosis.
Now this raises the question,"How can l avoid my bones from becoming weak and very light?"
The answer lies in doing physical exercises.
Dancing is one of them!
A lot of people like jogging in order to strengthen their bones.
This is good, too!
What if you dislike jogging? Then dancing is a perfect exercise for you. This is because it is simple and exciting .
Even a small child can do it!
A lot of people don't like dancing because they think its childish and makes them look silly.
They hate any form of exercise because it is painful. They prefer to just sit and do nothing. The end result is they suffer from diseases which they could have avoided by daily doing at least a particular form of exercise. The easiest and exciting being dancing.
Dancing makes your bones strong.
This fact brings out the question, " When should one dance in order to be physically fit?"

If you dance every day, you can score a goal resulting deposits of calcium on your bones.
On the other hand, lack of exercise result in your body accumulating food nutrients such as fats.

Go for gold by burning those fats whilst dancing. That will make you health.

Up to this point, l have looked at the benefits that dancing offers you physically. It is also necessary to discuss how dancing affect you mentally.
But someone might ask,"How can dancing help me to think in a better way?" My answer will come through examination of what people spend time thinking.
Don't you know that a lot people spend time thinking about debts, poverty, rising prices and misfortunes and so fourth?
Don't you know that people are carrying anger, unforgiveness, hatred and jealous in their minds every day?
People are cut up by toxic thinking which cause truckloads of diseases!
Such cabbage accumulate and cause a cycle of unending and painful thinking.
This fact brings out the question, "How can l clean such filth and garbage from my mind?"
Dance!
Clean that cabbage by dancing and singing.
That makes you excited.
"How can l do that?"
Its easy!
Tune in to that music that makes you very happy. Start swaying your body.
Slow at the mark, at first!
After sometime when your body has caught fire, you can go full swing. Nothing wrong with imitating the song and shouting it out, too!
That clears your mind and makes you feel as if you are on the moon.
The beauty about dancing is that it shakes every cell in your body. The music that you listen percolate through your veins, capillaries and arteries making you feel so good. It also enters in your mind and replaces toxic thoughts with beautiful lyrics which makes you want to listen to more music.
You will be going great guns in you health!
If you listen and dance to music early, this makes your brain to experience the beauty of life. You feel energized and think of nothing but happiness.
To hit you between the eyes, always remember that dancing allows your blood to flow to different parts of your body more quickly.
You must be hell bent to share the glory with your family members.
Dance and laugh your head off with your family members!
Tensions disappear and everyone will be at cloud nine. When children see their parents dancing they laugh and feel happy.
They dance too!
This build a strong bond in the family.
