Here we creatively create a concept for a social media campaign based on a theme that would include videos, live stream (IGTV), posts, image gallery posts, etc. Something that can be a standalone show or campaign.
For example, a creative giveaway or user-generated contest.
Write a few paragraphs and bullet points to describe each campaign concept.

TOP HASHTAGS
List the best tags for the keywords, i.e. [RealEstateInvesting] and [Flipping Houses]. 20-30 targeted tags each.
Part of our reports include the top hashtags available. We search for the right hashtags using Instagram and developing good keywords.
So, for this job one keyword would be "RealEstateInvesting" – Search that "tag" on Instagram and list those tags by popularity. i.e. - #realestateinvesting (2.8m)
Now take that tag #realestateinvesting and add an "a" at the end for #realestateinvestinga. See if anything is worthwhile like #realestateinvestingatlanta (3.9k) and #realestateinvestingadvice (515).
Repeat that with each letter in the alphabet to develop a comprehensive list of targeted hashtags.
Note general popular hashtags like #realestate are not good as they are too vast and not specific. The better tags that help gain traction are targeted tags with lower popularity counts. These tags have more opportunity for exposure.

It's also important to understand how they communicate so that you can blend in and offer your services to them.
4. Use more visual content. Images, videos, and infographics are more likely to bring more traction to your posts than posts with only written content. This is because they appeal to the eye.
5. Go live. Your audience needs to connect with you at a personal level. There's no better way than going live often and talking to them directly.
6. Be consistent. Post regularly and use a specific tone throughout your posts.
7. Be social. People love a friendly person with whom they can interact freely. You can establish this by hosting live events, offering rewards to your fans and followers, and hosting online trivial and surveys.

9. Encourage User-Generated-Content. Create a brand hashtag that your followers could use to post content. They will help create your brand awareness without having to pay for it.
10. Use humor but be careful. Using memes and other forms of humor to advertise your products and services can propagate growth in your business. However, too much of it may harm your business.
11. Post shareable content. Everyone appreciates the quality or value of something. If you post valuable content infographics and videos, it's more likely that people will share your content hence sharing your brand.
12. Let every post count! All your posts should be geared towards providing valuable solutions to your clients, making your business necessary in their existence. Prove your worth over and over to your clients in all your posts.
13. Share case studies and Real-life scenarios where your solutions saved the day! Show that your services and products work in the day-to-day life, as you advertise.
14. Schedule your posts in advance. Don't drain yourself by posting every now and then without a little help from technology. There are modern software you can use to schedule even a whole month's posts, and they will post themselves at the right time without human intervention. All you have to do is confirm that what was posted is right. This will save you time and resources.
15. Pay attention to the length of your captions. For instance, you will perform best by limiting yourself to 138 to 150 caption characters in each post.

3. Post more videos on your page and utilize your Facebook stories feature. Visual content is more appealing than writing.
4. Have specific posting times. Know when your audience is online and post at those specific moments. Avoid posting at any time.
5. Post regularly. If you fail to post on a daily or reasonable interval, your audience will forget that you exist. Be consistent.
6. Try polls and questionnaires to try and harvest feedback from your audience in order to improve your services and products. Customers' opinions are very important for your business to satisfy clients' needs.

8. Establish a persona/specific voice or tone you use in your post. Know what your audience wants and be that. If your audience prefers slang, go for it; if it's professional language, use it.
9. Let your audience know about your company's milestones. For example, let them know when you hit a certain number of followers, revenue, or achieve your yearly goals. Make sure to thank and appreciate them for their support.
10. Try memes. Use humor to make your audience laugh and engage with you. Only use brand-related memes to avoid losing the right audience to propagate your business.
