Dialling in; Audio Conference Call – Polycom Connect Power cable and telephone extension of polycom device to functioning telephone line. On you polycom device: dial 9 for getting telephone line and then: 1) If you are outside Islamabad: dial 9 for getting dialling line and then- and then enter conference Pin no:-; say your name and press hash key . Press 1 to accept recording; You are in the conference call. If someone is already in the conference call; the audio message will say; there are currently 1/2/no other participant in the call. 2) If you are in Islamabad, then after pressing 9 directly dial- and rest of the procedure as per Serial 1). Dialling 9 only required when you are dialling from intercom from LoGo offices ISB/PSH/LHE. It is not necessary to always have the Audio Conference device to join any conference call. Normal telephone sets or dialling in from personal mobile device (for individual participants) using the same procedure is another working option. It is recommended to have noise free telephone line to have noise free audio meetings. -------------------
