I am 21 years old and an open-minded student extremely keen to work on myself. It would be a pleasure and a huge privilege to participate in the program, as it would give me the chance to interact with and meet professionals from the sector with whom to share and learn. From my early school years, I have had a big interest in such subjects: as foreign languages, geography, computer science, and history. As a result, I had a sense that in the future I will choose a job and lifestyle bonded with international cooperation. As a result, I decided to go this way. On top of this, traveling, reading bestseller books, and just relaxing from the nature of the whole world from my view incredible things to being professional in career and charismatic in the simple life. At the moment, I am studying Political Science and International Relations at the University of Journalism and Mass Communications of Uzbekistan. Moreover, I have been working at my university as an assistant to the Head of the Department of International Cooperation and adviser on a Diplomatic Protocol for a year. In addition, when I had an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan for six months. Despite practicing, for me also important to create. Hence, I established an Instagram channel (indiplomacy.uz) which is the first Instagram page in Uzbekistan and Central Asia about diplomats and politicians. The aim of the account is to open real-life, history, and current news in this field. Simultaneously, I am doing my best on science and social projects. I am the founder of the Diplomacy Society at the university and Head of the Digital Diplomacy, Diplomatic Protocol, and Media Departments in “Young Diplomats Club of Uzbekistan” under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan. As it was previously stated, working in a global area getting part of my life. Thus, negotiation skills, leadership, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence to navigate professional interactions are fundamental to achieving this, and I am aware that these are skills that I need to continue to develop. Learning to manage areas as important as leadership is, therefore, a key objective to grow and continue to seek out new career challenges. With the Summer Exchange Opportunity for the 2023 U.S. & Uzbekistan Network and International Exchange for Development program at Ball State University, I see an excellent opportunity for top-quality academic training. It is for these reasons that I would like to apply for this opportunity and thus contribute to additional skills and knowledge which I have the pleasure of working for.
