The essence of comparing some of the best learning platforms to IBM is to provide some insight in their state, focus and why they
have done better, so IBM can mimic some of their models. Most of these platforms have user friendly websites that make it easy for
learners to navigate, like, dislike, ask questions and even preview the courses that IBM doesn’t. There are a few significant
improvements IBM can make to gain stake in this new market of e-learning. IBM can pioneer, improve and do better if it has a more
independent division, engages in extensive research and experiments often on how to improve the cloud certification center trainings.

✓ What is our mission?
✓ Do we spin off or rebrand the IBM Centre for Cloud trainings and certifications?
✓ How do we compete with the best learning platforms providing a similar service?
✓ How do we simplify the user experience to level up or surpass existing learning
platforms?
✓ Who are our existing and potential new strategic partners, and how do we work better
together?
✓ How do we differentiate IBM the company from ICCT?
✓ How many IBM certified individuals are leaving big(working) that we can engage as
instructors?
✓ Do we have the talent to drive the new ICCT?
✓ What do we want in the future, next year, next month, tomorrow and today?
✓ Do we have the tools, capabilities and strategy?
✓ Should we shut down the learning operation, if not, how do we make it more efficient?
