What causes heart problems
Human advancement has experience changes in the interactions between an individual and their environment through the lifecycle. Heart problems or Cardiac disease is an unusual functioning of the heart or blood vessels which causes an increased risk for heart attack, heart failure, sudden death, stroke, and heart rhythmic problems, thus leading in reduced quality of life and declined life expectancy. Heart infections describe a range of disorders that affect the heart. Infections under the heart problems canopy include blood vessel disorders, like coronary artery disease; heart rhythmic problem and heart deficiencies a person is born with and among other infections. The causes of cardiac problems range from structural deficiencies to illness, inflammation, environment, and genetics.
The heart is an important organ, pumping blood that carries necessary oxygen and nutrients around the body. As a muscularly active muscle, the heart requires a ready and sufficient supply of oxygen and nutrients itself, from its own specific blood supply (the coronary arteries). The capacity of blood flowing to the heart is mainly determined by the width of the coronary arteries vessels and unlike any other organ which can use oxygen in veins if need be, the heart entirely relies on the coronary arteries blood vessels’ supply.
Coronary heart infection develops when several materials block the walls of the coronary arteries which causes a narrow of the vessels and possibly leading to blockage, which in turn causes barrier of blood flow to the heart resulting to a range of cardiac problems. Ultimately, inadequate blood flow to the heart can result in physical damage to the heart tissue. Every person can experience heart problems, however, several factors have been acknowledged which contribute and increases the risk of developing these problems, for instance: High cholesterol, Smoking, Lack of exercise, Unhealthy diet, obesity, hypertension, and family history., Heart problems are serious disorders and are the leading cause of death in Western countries but to a large extent, it can prevent by recognizing the key risk factors that contribute to the development.
