T99 - Your Mark of Business Distinction
T99 is a 99-unit Business 2 industrial multi-storey as
well as terrace factory development with a canteen.
It is located in Tuas South Avenue 10 near Tuas
Biomedical Park I and II as well as the future Tuas
Mega Port.
This colossal complex boasts an impressive floor live
loading of up to 25kN and wide driveways, providing
T99 with the versality to be adaptable for a myriad
of industrial applications, setting it apart from other
developments within the Tuas South Precinct.

In commemoration of Defence Science and
Technology Agency 50 years anniversay, we
were tasked to create a branding that will fit
across different platform for this upcoming
event. The result was to highlight the
gallantry of the most sought after engineers,
scientists and technologies to showcase their
works without seeking any recognition. This
event was to show gratitude to those who
became the forefront of today's technology.

Japanese
SUMONGOUS JAPANESE BUFFET
The task is to create a supporting element
that will house Kiseki as a one of the big
Japanese buffet in Singapore. By coming up
with an illustration that will best depict the
word "SUMONGOUS". Not only it ties up
with their brand, but somehow create that
fun side of brand.
The Sumo character was created to
showcase the Japanese feel and to invite
more people to experience a traditional-like
atmosphere.

home depicts the impact LianHin can
help build home that are full of love. Their
products became a part of daily lives of
every household. Colours representing the
vast range of swatches LianHin has to offer.
The camaraderie of their services are each
handcrafted and customise for every home.

A safe place to connect and nurture your
soul. "The Well" on Chapel is symbolic story
in the Bible, in the gospel of John 4, where
our loving God accepts and embraces all!
A organisation affiliated with Salvation
Army, The Well at St. Kilda Chapel is a
place of solitude where people are welcome
to join, participate and have their own space
regardless of short comings they have.
The inspiration came from the idea of the
well. Maintaining its heritage history linking
it with a rough texture to signify a symbolic
entity.

design-driven packaging that links up to the
current campaign. To give more hype, we
produced this lifestyle shoot to showcase
more of the bursting effect which can relate
to the product as a multivitamin. The
design was cascaded accordingly to different

Annually, Long John Silvers has this long campaign for
the whole year promotions. The client will brief us about
the new promo and we have to come up with a key visual
that will best highlight the product in terms of approach
and design.

Begin Together
Singapore is a country with over 6 million people,
many of whom are sports fans. Rugby, a sport played
by millions and followed by millions more, has the
potential to become Singapore’s most favoured sport.
Players rely on each other to succeed, while the
encouragement of the fans often influence the
outcome of a match; a team sport through and
through. It is a sport that encourages solidarity when
overcoming challenges—mirroring the language of
Singaporeans: unity.

boss and his employees. It gives overwhelmed parents the fuel to keep going.

Step Forward.
A short campaign depicting our message to be more emotional and direct. Encouraging members
of the public to partake health screenings. This campaign mainly focuses on 3 different types
Cervical, Colorectal and Breast cancer. We launched a print and digital campaign with the use of
both young and elderly characters to talk about how it’s not too late and seek for a check-up.

Beyond the Call of Duty
When the siren rings, our elite team of professionals at the SCDF spring into
action, remaining calm in the face of danger, making critical split-second
decisions while executing their tasks fearlessly. Trained in medical aid, fire
& safety rescue, as well as specialised emergency planning, what drives them
to take action without hesitation is innate – it is the humanity, bravery and
decisiveness they possess within that drives them to go beyond the call of duty.
Our campaign sheds light on these unique character traits and challenges our
target audience to go beyond their call of duty as a SCDF personnel.

Get ready for International Women's Day! It's
a day to honour, appreciate and celebrate the
SuperSHeroes in your life. A SuperSHero can be
your mother, daughter, wife, grandmother or even
your employer, colleague, caregiver, bus driver and
the list goes on. In the upcoming month of March,
look out for chances to participate in our story

Insight
Women show their greatness every day and should be celebrated for it.
Rationale
Women play an essential role in society. They not only excel by working harder for less, but occupy
nurturing roles as mothers, wives and friends throughout society. The concept highights the
"SuperSHeroes", drawing an empowering parallel between the hero figure and women in society. The
message of appreciation addresses all women, as well as encouraging audiences to celebrate the everyday
selflessness shown by central women in their lives.
