OUTREACH TEAM LEADER: SALES SPECIALIZATION
Position: Outreach Team Leader
Type of work:
- Be the main point of contact for your team to answer ANY questions/issues when
it comes to sales and outreach
- Make sure each person on the growth team is following each process correctly
(You can learn this through the data)
- Letting your manager know who is not performing and who should be performing
better.
- Firing of all Growth Team Members based on performance (Speak to Manager
before you think a team member should be let go)
- Give Growth Team evaluations alongside manager
- Empower team members to convert ALL cold, warm, and demo leads into sales
- Make sure all team members are adding the RIGHT type of leads into their lead
list
- Find new technology that will allow us to grow and scale our sales efforts
- Make sure ALL team members are following the correct process and procedure
when it comes to outreach
- Collecting the right leads
- Connecting with each prospect on Linkedin
- Sending customized cold emails
- Giving penalties and warnings based off of bad performance. For example, if a
team member is not following the process, discuss this with your manager.
- Make sure ALL team members understand their roles and KPI’s
- Provide constructive feedback when a team member is underperforming
- Review email responses where needed and make sure all team members are
able to respond on their own with confidence
- Make sure all team members have enough leads within their sheets, if not,
please make sure that they do
- Empower team members to follow up with prospects and leads where needed
- Be a constant mentor to those new and existing members of your team
- Take the time to get to know each member on their team
- Provide praise when appropriate
- Create scripts where needed and send to Team Leader for Final Approval
- Eliminate scripts that are no longer converting or working
- Giving everyone a chance to succeed
- Convert sales of your own
GOALS AND HOW YOU WILL BE MEASURE
1. Be available to any and all questions given by the Growth Team
2. Qualified prospects are placed in appropriate Google Sheet (including: startups,
agencies, local internal marketing teams, and more)
3. Empower each team member to follow up where needed
4. Be sure each team member is using the technology approved by the Team
Leader
5. Hold each team member accountable for meeting their KPI’s
6. All growth team members have a low undelivered rate and high response/open
rate
7. Meet sales goals

Working days: Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm
Starting salary: $500 USD per month
Pay Period: 1st and 15th of every month ($250 on the 1st and $250 on the 15th)
Vacation Time: 1 day per month
Commission: Undisclosed signing bonus
