All inquiries made through the Travelers application reflect information provided by users. All transactions submitted through the self-service application are submitted to inform user population. Any reference or transactions available provide confirmation of the transaction submitted, but does not evaluate or guarantee that the information is final, since users are able to provide updates as needed. Document Assumptions Self-Service screens depicted in this document serve as a point of reference from main menu navigation. The screens included in this document will not display USER’s specific data fields or the field row/column placement. Each display field is documented within the appropriate functional section based on CLIENT’s business requirements. The display fields are dependent user information provided during data transfers and updates. The Travelers Application will use best efforts to create a ‘web friendly’ presentation based on CLIENT specifications for the respective users within existing application. Once the business requirements in this document is signed and approved by the client, any future requests will be addendum (a) and is deemed a new project. Travelers Application Overview The Travelers Application is designed specifically to meet the needs of traveling users including registered users, and guest users to provide secure, web enabled access for data inquiry and transaction updates services. The Travelers Application combines the functionality of entry and updates with the power and flexibility of XXX technology necessary to administer and track travel information for users on Laptops/Desktops and Mobile devices regardless of the operating system on their devices. Operating systems available are Apple, Windows for Laptops/Desktops, and iOS and Android for Mobile devices. The goal of the Business Requirement document is to provide CLIENT with a starting point for the implementation of the Travelers Application. This document provides information on the supported functionality and transactions of the Reference Implementation Release. Benefits o Offers 24/7 access to all users and guest users while traveling globally. o Improves information sharing by decreasing phone calls required, minimize interruption of natural activities for travel information, destination and location upon request. o Allows Users and Guest Users to perform self-service tasks, reducing time spent performing manual updates and requests for information. o Integrates with other Users’ to provide a seamless experience. o Registered (Reg) Users should be able to invite other Reg Users for a group chat, being that they all have the same destination. E.g. If User A search and found User B, C,D are interested in same destination- Registered User should be able to invite all of them (B,C,D) for a message chat to conclude date of travels etc. o Registered users trigger(s) for Social Media prompts such as “WhatsApp,” “Messenger,” and other interactive “text message” applications. Travelers Application Standards The following are rules that have been set in Travelers Application functionality. CLIENT modifications are addressed below in CLIENT Business Rules. Access In order to access Travel Application All users will be presented with URL/link via Internet search engine –Google, Bing, Yahoo, Ask, etc.: 1. Step1. – Search for Travel Application. 2. Step 2 – Select Travel Application (App) URL. 3. Step 3 – Download Travel app’s URL. 4. Step 4 – Open Travel App Web site. Navigation User’s navigation is simple once user has accessed the Traveler App’s Web site: 1. Step1. – Landing page is “Destination Interest Page” available to both Registered User(s) and Guest(s). 2. Step 2 – Destination search option. 3. Step 3 – Interest search. Authentication, Validation and Edits 1. Field identification and restrictions – guidance and navigation 2. Authentication and validation rules applied for “registered” users. 3. Required field prescribed with missing information or field formats are entered incorrectly, an error occurs. 4. The system will authenticate the user either using native Web Apps authentication. Security and Privacy Recommendations Established and maintenance procedures for creating, changing and safeguarding passwords. All users are required to follow password management procedures and safeguard their passwords. Password must be protected - Keep your password confidential. A confidential password protects you. Do not give your password to anyone. Create a strong password Use a minimum of 8 characters in length. Use three of the four kinds of characters:  Upper case letters  Lower case letters  Numbers  One (1) Special character Change password - Users should be required to change the password every 60 days. Password should not be reused for at least 150 days change cycles. Users registering or reregistering on Traveler App will be prompted via the following devices: 1. Computer/Laptop Apple OS 2.
