Hi, I’m Jhon Mark Macaroy a friendly and reliable Customer Service
Virtual Assistant with 1 and half years of BPO experience.
During my time working in the BPO industry, I’ve learned how
important it is to listen with empathy, stay calm under pressure, and
find solutions that actually make a difference for the customer. I’ve
supported people from different backgrounds, handled all kinds of
inquiries, and made sure each interaction ended on a positive note.
Over the years, I’ve built solid skills in communication, organization,
and using tools like CRMs and help desk systems. But more than
anything, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what great service
feels like and I always aim to deliver that with every client I support.
As a virtual assistant, I bring not just experience, but a genuine
passion for helping others and being part of a team that values trust,
quality, and connection.

EXPERIENCE
I worked in the BPO industry for about a year and a half, and during that time, I
learned a lot about communication, patience, and how to handle people from
all walks of life. My main role was customer service, where I helped clients with
their concerns, whether it was answering questions, resolving issues, or guiding
them through processes.
Throughout my BPO experience, I’ve developed strong communication and
customer service skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly
and professionally. I’ve learned to multitask and manage my time effectively,
especially in high-pressure environments with daily performance targets. I’m
also quick to adapt to new processes or tools, and I take pride in solving
problems independently while keeping the customer experience at the center
of what I do.
