ASSISTANT BOOKKEEPER
Data entry and management.
Categorize expenses, income, and other transactions.
Upload and manage bank feeds / manually import transactions
(CSV or PDF).
Attach Invoices to the transaction.
Assist on Bank Reconciliation.
Help verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Saving bank statement, files and report to cloud storage.
Maintain organized digital files and ensure data accuracy.
GENERAL VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Provide general administrative support such as data entry, email
management and calendar management.
Conduct basic online research and gather information as needed.
Assist with customer outreach and partner coordination.
Perform lead generation tasks to identify potential clients or business
opportunities.
Help with personal tasks such as meal planning, budgeting and
organization.
Track and record business expenses accurately.
