necessary to be a successful candidate for the position. I have enclosed my
resume to provide a summary of my qualifications and background for your
review.
I am an energetic and self-motivated self starter with excellent
communications and interpersonal skills together with positive and
enthusiastic attitude towards all challenges.
As a graphic artist, I am responsible for my client’s yearbooks and magazines.
With my experience in computer layout using elite computer programs
(Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop), I can finish my client’s project on time.
Exceeding client’s expectation has been my goal.
But my work experiences particularly focused in many aspects of office
administration.
During my time as general clerk at Vehicle Inspection and Testing Corporation,
I utilized many of these skills. One of my duties was maintaining good and
upbuilding communication between departments and co-workers. Also I’ve
worked as our company’s representative to the customers, companies and
government agencies, thus, communicating with them personally and via
executive correspondence. Part of my job is maintaining records and creating
and updating company files and scheduling appointments.
My experience with Absolute Service Incorporated provided me with the
opportunity to hone my writing ability, as I was responsible for proofreading
aside from speed data entry/computer typing jobs. It also helped me to
develop excellent time management and prioritizing skills to complete work
on a deadline.
I am also proficient in basic computer programs like MSWord, MSExcel,
MSPowerpoint, Adobe PDFs. I can also do basic computer troubleshootings.
With these administrative skills and experiences I have, I know I could use
them as tools when given a privilege to work with you soon.
