Lack of access to healthcare is a major problem in Florida. Consistently being ranked last when it comes to healthcare. Florida has been one of the fastest-growing states in terms of the population over the last decade. Due to large numbers of uninsured adults and mounting insurance costs faced by the residents, it makes healthcare has become less affordable. So, what does all this mean for the residents' health? Healthcare needs to be significantly improved. I am planning to open a healthcare center in Tampa, Florida, which will focus on providing the best patient-centered care, cost containment, and expanding access to care.
APRNS provide high-quality patient care. Consistently demonstrating patient satisfaction and improved outcome. Addressing the needs of at-risk populations, mostly in underserved areas. APRNS are highly trained personnel with skills and experience in diagnosing and treating illnesses in the medical field, given considerable autonomy while advising the public on health issues (Brommelsiek and Peterson, 2020).
I have served as an administrator of in-home care in the community and as a head nurse practitioner in a few hospitals where I have worked in. I am proficient in many roles and an effective leader. I am familiar with patient safety, cost containment, business development, national health financing, and contract negotiations.
Marketing strategies include professional blogs, social media platforms, professional networking, and meeting with business developers and consumers. I would require an office space, employees, equipment, a practice name, and an attorney.
