MANAGEMENT MEETING

Participant: Khun Ben, Khun Boo, Khun Jeff, K’ Preaw with the participation of K’ Nueng
Agenda:
A. Presentation of Accomplishment Report:
Jeff
1. Cocomart – stocks are well monitored. 1 piece of requested bags has been sold and swimwear and ladies board short (SGT SGW) are continuously selling.
Take note to order in office stock SGTLEB for the next duty in the shop
Provide possible folding fitting shades for Cocomart
2. Presented New shop and staff manual English version (need to revised it in Thai)
3. Already rearrange the recent broken line movement
Karon has the most un-moved items
Laguna has the least
4. Polish work roster draft as I put total PH and Annual Leaved used.
All staff enable to know how many PH and AL used
5. Assist in monitoring and teaching new staffs.
New staff “Bew” of Patong 1 is slow when it comes to work and can’t comprehend English language. She came to work late which shows incompetent to work.
Provision of memo notifying that Bew will no longer working soon.
Preaw
1. Settled all stock adjustment of products from July August to July for all shop
2. Presented some of the losses in stock adjustments of Patong 2.
This needed a thorough investigation as it happens Patty took 1 t-shirt without notifying the management.
B. Shop Focus
2.1. Shipment ( K’ Preaw)
K’ Ben requested K’ Preaw to send the whole document of stock rotation based on the last shipment thru e-mail (already accomplished and well-polished)
K’ Boo open for a comparison of the quality of products those that came from Bali and Vietnam ( new products which came from Bali is in good condition)
2.2. Shop (Conditions)
Patong 1 – improving with the cleanliness of the shop.
Patong 2 – maintained clean floor as they tend to clean before closing but always forgot to clean carpet on mannequin display.
Sale products help the shop to keep on selling.
Need to change mannequin window display because it’s too heavy for the girls to carry and changed as suggested by K’ Boo
K’ Ben suggested to wait for the afternoon shift to come in order have help in changing window display.
Karon – consistent with the stock display rotation, cleanliness to stocking (still have problem with water supply). Unpredictable buyers because limited tourist in the place.
Laguna – maintained clean shop and stock room but have mosquitos. Laguna still have the best stocks because they have complete sizes. Unpredictable buyers because limited tourist in the place.
2.3. Brokenline
Karon Shop – has the most unmoved items as stated above
Laguna Shop – has the least as stated above
2.4. Work Roster
As to work roster some staff isn’t following their own schedules especially staffs in Patong 2.
Jeff caught those in the shop four (4) times changing schedules without notifying any management.
As solution to this K’ Preaw provides password and K’ Ben will provide a memo regarding changes of Work Roster policy.
2.5. Staff
We have issues of spoiled staff and over powering staff.
K’ Rung – Good in managing shop but sometimes a bit spoiled which cause troubles. She loves finding fault to others when something went wrong with her actions. She do stock check with herself alone.
K’ Patty – wants to control everything from her people to every activity that needs more supervision. She is always sleepy and rattled. She is still slow in computer work as per Keaw. She don’t want to listen as she tend to say “she knew all already even not”.
Can speak English but cannot comprehend
Violations include:
Uses dating app while at work (making live video using the uniform of 69 slam – very unprofessional)
She tend to meet guys in the shop and flirt most of the guy customers ( this is not a proper customer service)
Give bikini bags as freebie to customers
Have connection with staff Bew as they go party every time which tend to become sleepy at work (both of them)
Stealing items: Accdg to K’ Preaw – she take 1 t-shirt and did not pay. Doesn’t inform any of the management about this; only knew when Keaw informed K’ Preaw about some of the losses.
Action that will take place: Dismissal
Bew - can understand English but cannot understand and cannot spell words
Easily forgot activities of the shop
Easily got hungry and get tired.
Keaw – she is good in monitoring stocks and looking for the result of the losses.
She can fixed the shop and maintain the tidiness of the shop
The only problem is that she doesn’t want working in the morning.
Needs to be mature more but this girl have the potential.
New Staff Ning and Aey
Ning - learn the activities inside the shop in just a week.
Can work alone and know everything what she is doing
Aey- good in English and can comprehend English
A little bit confused of the system especially on discounts but can improve.
Can entrust her with visual merchandising technique and good in sale as well.
= They can be a possible asset for the company
3. Other Matters e.g. Plans for next months
New Collection Winter18 will arrive on September as per K’ Ben
Do random stock take weekly
Bali Meeting on August 9 with K’ Ben, K’ Boo and K’ Jeff
Online Shopping Lazada – new project for K’ Zunnah and K’ Jeff
