Greetings! Here are the following minutes of the meeting today. Date: March 5, 2018 Location: 69 Slam Deebuk Attendees: Khun Ben, Khun Boo, Khun Kate, Khun Preaw, Khun Jeff AGENDAS: 1. New Collection - Khun Ben requested Khun Kate for the copy of Best Sale Analysis Report from December 2017 to February 2018. - As part of the team, Khun Ben requested Jeff to assist in ordering the new upcoming stocks based on the updated report of Best Sales Analysis  - Amount or quantity to be ordered will be initializing by Khun Ben  2. Cleaning Roster - Will be implemented today in Patong 1 as it is successfully operating in Patong 2 already. 3. Random Stock Take - RST will be done once scheduled by Khun Kate. - Target products will be arranged by Khun Kate and stock checking will be done by Jeff.  - Stock check thru mobile stock checking and counting manually after tallying. 4. Applicants - Be sure there is still post signage for "wanted applicants" in each shop. - Interviews will be done once the applicant enters the shop by Jeff. 5. Shop Commission - Commission soon to divide by the two shops Patong 1 and Patong 2 - Silent deductions from commissions of any damages or lost reported in main office. Khun Kate takes charge of monitoring as such and deductions will be internalized by Khun Preaw. - For the commissions of the two shops PAtong 1 and Patong 2, Khun Kate and Jeff will soon to conduct a general meeting to all the staffs of Patong shop by the second week of this Month. 6. Assignment for Patong staffs - Planned to set two team leaders om each shop (Patong 1 and Patong 2). Targetted prospects of team leading will be Petty on PAtong 1 and Neung in Patong 2. Keaw and Na will be rotating to both shops. 7. Responsibility of a Shop Team Leader - Should be checking daily of the cleaning roster and making sure the shop is maintain especially on the rotating of stocks, hanging displays and price tagging. 8. Petrol or Gas Allowance - Maximum gas allowance is 150 baht; minimum will be 50 baht. Ranges of travel are as follow: Patong to Karon: 50 baht Patong to Karon: 100 baht Assigned to Phi-phi: 150 baht 9. VIP Card - VIP cards must take photo together with the receipt every-time the customer present to the shop purchased.    - Memo regarding this will be made by Khun Kate to be distributed on each shops. 10. Shopping Bags - Checked for inventory today. 11. Other agendas conducted solely by Khun Ben, Khun Boo, Khun KAte and Khun Preaw. P.S. Please put additional information you think I might forgot.
