Trust God for the Impossible. God Keeps Working Miracles
What is one of the most common walls that the average person faces or has to face constantly as he passes through life? Permit me to use the word “wall” as a metaphor here.
Do you know that although this “wall” may be the hindrance to the advancement you seek, it doesn’t always stop there. This wall also goes on to give you many suggestions posed as logical reasons for its barrier against you which, if you accept, then becomes the reason you never make another attempt anymore.
I call this ‘wall’ “impossibility,” as coined from the word “impossible!”
The whole essence of impossibility is to establish the fact that something cannot occur; that something can’t be done; or that there is a lacking in the ability needed to bring something into fruition.
In order to do this, there is usually many reasons to back the fact up, which once accepted, become laws or principles that lives are built around.
Once upon a time, everyone believed no human could fly. They made laws based on that theory. Someone probably attempted it with the available observations, intelligence and resources at the time, but failed, and from their failures, they established the fact that, “it is impossible for men to fly.” Today, however, you know that this is no longer the theory. If you have the resources to go anywhere in the world by air, you can do that.
In addition, at some time, no one agreed or believed that men could travel round the world, or leave the earth for the moon or outer space too. This once impossible feat is also now a joke. Now, not only can we go to outer space, people actually do live and breathe there, thanks to advancement in technology.
If there is one thing I have observed about humanity is that we easily forget about things like this so quickly.
Now, personally I want you to look at life around you. Are there things you really wish you could achieve or bring into reality, but which seem like you just can’t do it; things that defy advancement in science and technology, financial or intellectual power?
Maybe you’ve been told you’d never walk again; you’d never dance or run again; or you’d never go to college, or own a car, or buy a home for yourself. Maybe you’ve had it about as rough as it gets since the beginning, unable to break free from your habits, unable to keep a job, unable to save, unable to take up responsibilities whatsoever.
Moreover, it seems no one believes in you and all hope is lost, impossible for you. Maybe you’re there right now, and you have settled, accepted that script on the wall that says you can’t be, you can’t do, and you can’t have.
However, what if I told you that you could trust God for the impossible…
