Navigation Structure: The "Callwise" section on the IdrakAi homepage can confuse users as clicking on it takes them to a completely different site (https://callwise.ai/), which can throw them off if they expect to stay on the same site offering the service.
Similarly, on the Callwise homepage, clicking the "About Us" link redirects users to the IdrakAi homepage instead of a dedicated Callwise own About Us page, which could confuse visitors looking for specific info about Callwise.
Recommendations:
Separate or Clarify the Relationship: If IdrakAi is the parent company, it’s important to establish a clear relationship between the two sites. Consider adding a short description or a banner that explains what Callwise is and how it connects to IdrakAi.
Clear Branding and Messaging: If these two websites are meant to be separate, make sure each one has clear branding. IdrakAi should have its own unique About Us page detailing what it does, and Callwise should have its own unique About Us as well, describing the services it offers.
