As Digital & Community Manager, I created culturally relevant content,
engaged directly with the audience, and managed community

and physical community initiatives.

My hosting and moderation increased audience involvement and helped
foster a more engaged, returning community. The structured formats I

I served as a research and digital support intern, carrying out SEO audits,
competitor analysis, and digital insights gathering. I collaborated with the
digital strategy team to interpret research findings and shape
recommendations for improved visibility.
Goal
Outcome
To research and develop insights that
would guide the SEO and paid
advertising plan for IRESS Renewable
Energy.
My insights guided keyword targeting, content structure improvements, and
initial paid advertising direction. The research I produced formed the
foundation of the SEO and Ads action plan used to reposition the brand’s
digital footprint.

FELABRATION experience.
My input improved the quality of creative materials used during the festival
and ensured that setup decisions aligned with event objectives. By handling
pre-event checks and providing real-time support, i contributed to a
smoother event flow.
