The website development process is structured into ten major phases:
Market Research, Website Design, Front-End Development, Back-End Development, Tes ng and Debugging, Deployment, Post-Launch
Support, SEO Op miza on, Social Media Marke ng, and User Feedback Collec on.
By applying data-driven insights, advanced performance metrics, and con nuous monitoring, this project evaluates the effec veness of each phase,
iden fies improvement areas, and ensures that both business and user objec ves are achieved efficiently.

Planned Value (PV): Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled (BCWS).
Earned Value (EV): Budgeted Cost of Work Performed (BCWP).
Cost Performance Index (CPI): Measures cost efficiency (EV ÷ AC).
Cost Variance (CV): Difference between earned and actual cost (EV - AC).
Schedule Performance Index (SPI): Measures schedule efficiency (EV ÷ PV).
