Ires Bea Bataga-Garado
Ires Bea Bataga-Garado, a seasoned professional with over a decade of
experience in the dynamic worlds of marketing, sales and customer
service. At 33 years old, I wear two hats namely a loving wife and caring
mother to my lovely daughters thus epitomizing family commitment and
responsibility.
Having tragically lost both my parents, I became the one who provided for
the family as well as taking care for my younger brothers and sisters. This
journey has left me full of resilience, compassion and unyielding
determination.
Throughout my career, I have polished up on Virtual Assistance by doubling
as an Executive VA, customer support specialist, Acquisition Lead manager,
Sales representative and Disposition manager. My skill set is such that it is
multi-dimensional in nature while maintaining loyalty throughout diverse
environments where I always exceed expectations and deliver tangible

To become good at managing emails and doing successful cold email outreach to potential customers took me
a lot of practice and a lot of failures. I started by learning how to manage emails more effectively. This
meant figuring out the best times for me to check and reply to them throughout the day, as well as setting
up filters and folders so that they were organized when they came in. As I got better at this, I began working

time, I gained strong communication skills that were aimed at giving a plausible solution to each
problem, ensuring that every customer had a feeling of being valued and supported. I also put more
effort in understanding the characteristics of our products or services. This helped me a lot in

real estate virtual assistant industry and I am highly skilled in other aspects of the business. In this positive light, I
attend to thorough market analysis expertise as well as to creating convincing property comps, while simultaneously
looking after and mentoring other virtual assistants to maintain a smooth workflow. I use Canva in my work to

successfully use artistic content to keep the audience captivated and interested in what I have to offer. Through
paying close attention to emerging trends and users' preferences, I compose money-making content that engages,
creates the want and facilitates user interaction. By means of consistent, yet genuine, content across both
platforms, I capitalize on the power of social media to enhance my networking circle, nourish the relationships with
those that I meet on a day to day basis, and boost my brand recognition.
