1. PREGNANCY
Like we said in the beginning nausea is very common during the first three months of pregnancy.

Avoid such foods, spices should use in small portions, the same applies to cooking oil.

This disease causes the stomach content to come back up the esophagus when you eat.
There are foods that also cause heartburns such as sweet potatoes and certain types of vegetables.
This causes a burning sensation that causes nausea.
Avoid consuming this food or a food that can neutralize the burning such as milk alongside them.

Bacteria or viruses can affect the stomach leading to nausea.

Viral infections also cause nausea.
In such cases, it’s advisable to seek medical advice and treatment.
7. PAIN
Intense pain can contribute to nausea.
This is true for conditions such as pancreatitis, gallbladder stones or kidney stones.

8. ULCER
These are wounds that usually form in the stomach or small intestines.
In the stomach, they are stomach ulcers while in the small intestines they are duodenal ulcers.
