HOOQ Email Template Sample

Good afternoon and I hope you're having a groovy weekend!
I'm sorry about the blip you ran into while trying to get HOOQ'd up... No worries, I'll make sure to
patch things up for you in a sec. :)
Before anything else, I want to pitch that I was able to pull up an active account linked to you.
When I popped the hood of this account, it shows that you're not HOOQ'd up to any subscription
whatsoever.
Should this not be the account you're using to get HOOQ'd up with, kindly send over your (1)
email address and/or (2) mobile number tied up to your account so I can flip the lid and see
what's up. :)
Now, you mentioned a code. Just curious---is this code meant to be for your Prepaid, Postpaid or
Broadband plan with Globe? If so, how long are you supposed to have your HOOQ subscription
for? Is it a freebie, a paid subscription through 8080, or an added package for your plan?
Another thing I'd like to know is if you're a Prepaid or Postpaid subscriber, did you ever receive
an SMS containing a branch link or 6-alphanumeric activation code (e.g. A1B2C3) that's meant to
jump start your subscription? If you haven't, you can give the how-to below a go to have your
SMS resent to your Prepaid or Postpaid mobile number:
For Prepaid:
1. Using the mobile phone that has your Globe Prepaid number, dial *143# and press “Send”.
2. From the menu, choose the option for "Surfing", then press “Send”.
3. On the next menu, choose the option for “HOOQ”, then press “Send”.
4. From the HOOQ menu, choose the option for "Help", and then press “Send”.
5. Now, in the Help menu, choose the option for "Resend Activation Code", and then press
“Send”.
6. You will get a message saying that you will get a response shortly.
For Postpaid:
1. Using the mobile phone that has your Globe Postpaid number, dial *143# and press "Send".
2. In the main menu, press "Reply", choose the option for "Surfing", and then press "Send".
3. On the next menu, press "Reply", choose the option for "Movies/TV Shows (HOOQ)", and then
press Send.
4. From the HOOQ menu, press "Reply", choose the option for "Help", and then press "Send".
5. Now, in the Help menu, press "Reply", choose the option for "Resend Activation Code", and
then press "Send".
6. You will get a message saying that you will get a response shortly.
Now, should you be a Broadband subscriber, you should have received an email containing your
log-in credentials (e.g. email address/username & password). All you have to do is key it in, and
you should be good to go!
Either that, or you can simply log in using your (1) email address directly tied up with Globe and
the password (2) password1. You should be HOOQ'd right up. :)
