1. Sabri and Istanbul team will prepare the UI Screens, Flow and Simulations, Share with BMV
team for better understanding about project scope.

2. Today Sabri and his team have shared UI & Specifications which are almost ready for
discussion. We go through with each UI design.
3. Discuss & Understand the CORE business idea form UI and App Development with Project
title SOLVING OBESITY AND TELEMEDICAL ASSISTANCE
Notes (Walkthrough each UI Screen of UHealth)

Firstly Sabri has introduced his Istanbul team along with their job role, Erhan is Business
Developer and prepares the UI designs with help designing team, Dilara is UX Researcher
and taking care of User Experience with Obesity app development. Total 62 members of a
team are working on ground level marketing for this app.

Chew Counter Screen:
This will be the first screen after the user login to UHEALTH, Their will 03 modules
1) UHEALTH
2) UDiet
3) UDoc.
Now, Client is targeting to work on UHEALTH, the rest of the option they will target later
of this development and for now, it is not the scope of this development.
This screen has below options for patients.

Bite Count
Chew Timer
Actions: Play and Reset.
The idea of Bite count and chew timer is to give
“Healthy Eating Habits to patients” when
patients eat anything like Apple Bite count or
chew timer can set with 40 and reduce to 0,
Every chewing is the end up with a Beep sound.
Play and reset button will perform when the user
presses it to start or reset the counter 0.
Below the Counter option, there is Article /
Content which explains about the healthy eating
habit/tips/wellness for patients about their diet,
nutrition, calories, fats or other details.
While sliding RIGHT or LEFT to Images it will
show a total of 3 different images for this
article(sliding way). And By scrolling down
Information/Article will change.
How does this information come/show?
So it depends on profile details. These details will
be totally dynamic based on the user profile feed.
For example, If a patient has selected nutritions,
Diet and Obesity then the content/article should be relevant to that patient. Even content-based
on Gender category (Male/Female) as well.
There is also an option for Language (TR/ENG) with a sound icon. So the patient has a choice to
hear the content in one of the above languages line by line.
It would be the Bonus point if the Development team can make this content by highlighting each
word of the written text while sound play(Like subtitle with word reader). Because Turkish people

are not much more familiar with the English language and with this app they can also
learn/translate English if they want.

Advertisement Screen:
This screen shows various offers, promotional
schemes, advertisements, contact details of
provider etc.
With the help of the Sponsored (information)
icon, Patients can read the detailed steps for
advertising those people/companies who want to
advertise their product or service.
This screen provides a platform for advertising
owner business.
Advertising and promotion with UHEALTH have
a revenue model where UHEALTH can earn
some advertising /promotion amount from a
company who wants to advertise. And some of
the Share UHEALTH can distribute with their
users.
Mention with UEarn & Ads Earn
UEarn: Total UEarn amount to user UHealth
Account
Ads Earn: The amount will be received by
viewing the advertisement, gradually increasing
the
progress
bar.

Survey Screen:
Along with Advertisement, this screen takes a survey
which allows any firm, public authorities, politicians,
academic, local bodies etc.
The survey can be performed with a targeted
audience register to UHEALTH app. Like Gender
wise(Male/Female),
Education-wise
(School,
Graduations), Occupations, Disease etc.

Where the end-user may ask a few questions for the survey and after completion, he/she
can get some amount as a reward in his/her UEarn balance.
Survey and Advertising type can be anything like Video, Text, Images etc. The idea behind
the Advertisement and Survey screen is to engage the end-user by earning some amount
from the advertisement or filling up survey forms.

Profile Screen:
When the user clicks on the right-hand three-dot bar. It
is shown Menu for user profile and other options for
transitions
In this Profile screen Patient/End-user can fill up his/her
details

Weight
Diet Goles (Obesity, Healthy Diet, Lose ugly fat…)

The way the user fills-up his/her profile details a
progress bar for Profile Strength will be increased.
From an information icon it will also suggest/tip
users how they can reach to 100% profile
completions.
The idea for UBAMM app is every user should
complete his/her profile 100% so that the profile
details can be helpful for their business model.
Based on the profile completion the User will be
able to receive the earnings. Like if users have 40%
profile completion they will earn 4% (10% of profile
Strength) will receive and he will from the same %
from other screens like advertisement and Survey.

So this encourages the end-user to make their profile 100% stronger.

Earning Screen:
This screen is showing all the Earning details of Patient. Users can see their Account
summary, Account information.
Total of three options that users can use
their UEarn amount/balance.

balance for use
* Daily Cash will add based on the

The account name is unique and has an
option for copied which will copy the
text in clipboard and the user can share
these details to his/her social groups.
This works like a referral programme
where the user invites his/her social
group member to join the UHEALTH app
and use it.
Right now they have not decided how to
transfer money to Bank account but
based on Bank details Client is planning to do manual/back-office work to transfer user
bank account.
By Referral end, the user will get some % of earning when someone installs this app by
adding his/her referral code.

For example, Mr X shares his referral code to his 10 social group friends and all friends
install this app by referring to a shared referral code then Mr X will receive some amount in
his UEarn account. This detail will also show in his Earning summary.

My Revenue Streams:
This screen shows the consolidated summary of all the translations and earning of
UHEALTH app.
Users can select Start Date and End Date to get
the statement of the UEarn amount.

unique user_id for an account, there will be no
name or any other details share.

Hall of Fame:
The idea with this screen is to show Ranking who have performed good score by using
UHEALTH app. And got the Highest UEarn Cash. The entire UHEALTH application is based
on the User Name where there is no physical name is sharing instead it has a User ID and
the total score achieved in a particular month.
This Screen will encourage other people to
actively work and use UHEALTH app.
For deciding the score there should be some
equation for generating the score. Sabri is
discussing with his marketing team what
parameters can cover for the score. So yet it's
not decided but he is thinking and...
He shared a few things about to generate the
scope and promote the end-user
1) How long does the end-user use the
app?
2) How many surveys he/she have
conducted?
3) What are the advertisements he/she
has watched? etc...
For marketing purpose, UBAMM team can
invite the end user to join their team for
promotion, interview and marketing. So that
other user gets to inspire and use the app
frequently.
With this screen, they are also thinking to add
some tips(information) how others can
increase the score.

UWeigh:
This is a very simple screen where End-user can record his/her weight by clicking on the “+”
sign. For now, Weight measurement is only in Kg. but going forward users can also add in
Pound. As per the different measurement standards of the country..
This screen also shows Week, Month and All time Graph for weight.
Also records the recent logs for weights.

UCoach:
The purpose of this option is to connect the Patient and UCoach. UCoaches are
certified/qualified doctors who will provide treatments and consultation to their patients.
Due to some healthcare norms, this application uses UCoach.
There are TWO separate screens for UCoach
Screen:1 - This screen shows doctor information, their degree, specialization and an hourly
rate for consultation as well. The doctor list can only show whom patients have given
preference in the PROFILE > DIET GOALS section. Not all the doctor list show. So that
Patient can contact to their diseases related doctors only.
Once he/she selects the doctor there is Select and Start button to initiate the
chat(Message)
Screen:2 - With this screen the patient can chat with the doctor the features for chatting
are like WhatsApp, where both can chat, attach files, emojis etc.
Here Patients and UCoach are under an agreement of UHEALTH app where they will not contact
outside of the app, In case it found UHEALTH can take necessary action and also
dismiss/deactivate both the profile from UHEALTH. Still, there is no solid plan to restrict patients
and Ucoach from contacting outside but it will be taken care of at a later stage. For the best
solution clients have also asked us to provide our thoughts.

Likes:
In this UI, All wellness related articles and content will show under likes.
To handle this case, Sabri has asked questions: How can we optimise the AWS services as
Likes data can retrieve from AWS and can increase the cost?
So is there any option to reduce the AWS cost?
Below the options, we have not discussed them from the menu bar but these are cover
during our meeting indirectly.
●
UReferral: This screen will direct the patient for Referral ID and he/she can share it with
social media platforms. There will be a unique will generated to invite the referral
members.
●
UHealth Tutorial: This screen we have not discussed but from its name and so far
understanding, It will have some UHealth Tutorial which demonstrates how UHealth is
working and what are the major options that the user can perform.

After reviewing the UI screen and our meeting discussion. I can summarise that,
1) UBAMM team is targeting to develop Healthcare and Wellness supporting
applications which will habituate patients for healthy eating habits and also help to
earn money with their marketing(revenue) model.
2) UHEALTH Revenue model basically earns the profits and engage the patients from
a) Advertisement
b) Survey Forms
c) Referral Programmes
d) UCoach
UHEALTH earns money from above sources and some of the % can share with the
UHEALTH app users. So they got more engaged by not only earning money but also follow the
regular Diet plans, Wellness content and making themselves healthy.
Action Items
1. Set up an internal team to review all the UI screens and discuss technology stack selection
and its architecture.
2. We need at least 20 days to allocate resources to identify technology stack. (As we discuss
with Sabri, he will provide
