International brand Outlaws Amsterdam, is an E-Commerce
store created in Amsterdam, The Netherlands 2019.
Their mission is to let people express their stories, through
unique rebel jewelry that can tell that story.
Problem
Outlaws were looking for a way to increase their profit and
revenue on their online store.
Solution
To increase revenue and profit, one is normally looking to figure out the best marketing campaign
that will perform better than anything ever before. However, seen from a customer perspective, he
or she does not care if the brand is doing promotion, marketing, sales, or customer support. You are
telling your brand’s story and give an impression on every single move you make.
This is why marketing and customer support always should be seen as very similar parts of your
business. It has to be aligned together. This is my approach when doing marketing campaigns, and
the focus should always be to give the best possible expire for the user.
With this in mind, I built a chatbot that would tell Outlaws story using the latest marketing tactics,
but also automate a healthy portion of its customer support. This would allow them to save a lot of
money on manual time spent on customer support and increase the revenue with more sales.
The results
First, we created a marketing campaign to generate leads. In this campaign, we
had an offer of receiving a coupon code.

In this message, we will both generate leads to our Messenger subscription list,
but also get the customers’ email addresses in a very smooth way.

The results
As the last part of our messenger funnel sequence, we sent them a
message that would allow the user to get personalized product
recommendations based on his or her preferences.

Messenger sequences like this are EXTREMELY powerful.
We managed to achieve an open rate of +90% and a click-through rate
of 35%
