SINCE THE PANDEMIC, MOST OF US PREFERRED TO WORK AT HOME TO AVOID THE HASSLE OF
TRAVELING BECAUSE TRANSPORTATION STOPPED. THAT’S WHEN WORKING AT HOME BECAME IN
DEMAND, ESPECIALLY FOR PEOPLE WHO GOT CUT BY THEIR COMPANY. BUT BEING AT HOME,

GET ENOUGH SLEEP
LESSEN SCREEN TIME AFTER WORK
KEEP YOUR COMPANY WITH GOOD PEOPLE
INVEST IN YOUR HEALTH
MAKE A TO-DO LIST SO YOU CAN TRACK YOUR WORKLOAD
LASTLY, DO NOT FORGET TO PRAY AND BE THANKFUL FOR A NEW DAY!
