WEB DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
This project aims to:
1. Provide an easy and straightforward online experience for all the individuals who want to
experience a unique and unforgettable experience that will increase their personal network,
endeavors and brand.
2. Increase the JMO ENT Brand awareness.
3. Automate sign up and payment processes that will free up the business owners time, so they can
focus on more important things like proving the most memorable experience for the patrons.
The goal is achieved through timely delivery of milestones and constant feedback and consultation to
ensure we make JMO ENT a go-to site for curated trips for cultural immersions and premium events.
SUMMARY OF WEBSITE FEATURES and DEVELOPMENT
JMO ENT has a line up of curated trips, one of them is the trip to Belize happening on August 30 to
September 3. That being soon, Whim wants to create the following:
1. Belize landing page
2. Sign up/Registration link where we get the following:

b. Credit Card details (For payment)
c. Customer demographics (age, sex, location)
3. Payment Solutions which include the following
a. Payment options for customers
b. Collection of payments for JMO ENT

4. Trip Attendee Monitoring
a. Cancellation
b. Modifications to booked trip (add-ons, switch attendees etc)
5. Customer profile page that shows:
a. Username
b. Amount paid and remaining balance

Mobile-friendly interface
The initial web page is a simple version, addressing the immediate issues of the Belize trip like payments
and registration. On the sides of the home page, you can see a clickable list of past and future events.
Each event link will have access to simplified version of the event information on the trips described (link
to the pdf itinerary).
As the next event becomes open for registration, the landing page/home page will be replaced with
information on the featured trip, Belize Trip information and photos will be archived and included in the
list of past events that website visitors can also check.
SCOPE OF WORK AND STRATEGY
Whim Technologies provide registration and payment solutions for JMO ENT. Whim will provide the
registration page, customer data collection, payment tools, payment monitoring, payment reminders
(scheduled autopay and unsuccessful payments). We will also provide customer assistance in cancelling
the trip, put add-ons, customer refun1d processing (subject to JMO ENT approval), website assistance in
case customer forgets their username, cannot access the website/website down. Customers will email-for any of payment and website-related questions.
Any other inquiries regarding trip specific details like accommodation, refunds, insurance, change in
attendees, available spots for a trip, waitlist etc. will be answered by the JMO ENT Team.
After the initial discussion, the development of the JMO ENT site begins and is divided into 4 stages.
Creating a Wireframe
A wireframe is like the blueprint of the website. It shows the website’s sections and CTA placements.

The pdf samples of the trip promo and itinerary will be the inspiration of the overall design. The
pdf files work somewhat like a trademark to JMO ENT and is already identified by many loyal
followers. The layout will include links to other trips.

Time frames presented are the ‘ideal’ period for each stage/milestone. Whim strives to make timely
deliveries in every project, we reserve the right to move delivery dates due to unforeseen delays or some
changes to the project requirements.
PROJECT AND ONGOING COSTS
Below is the breakdown of costs associated to the design and development of the website, the costs to
the customers, costs to JMO ENT and fees to maintain the website.
One - Time Project Cost
$1,683.00
Cost of incurred during wireframe, prototype, web development stages and depends on the exact
specifications of the wireframes. This also includes the transition costs for the Belize trip, and the
addition/creation of a destination template – where trip description/itinerary will be included.

Other Proposed Fees and Fee Structure
1. Payment Plans and Full payments will have different price points. Published prices will be
different from the JMO ENT internal price for the trip. Prices will be adjusted because Whim will
pay for the online transaction fees. JMO ENT will still receive the amount they quoted, like in the
case of Aruba, $1550 for with flight, $1100 without flight.
2. Specific for the Belize trip, published prices will remain the same, however, transaction costs for
the remaining months of the payment plan will be added to the Project Cost.
3. Trip Transfer/Switch Option
Since JMO ENT organizes multiple trips in a year (and these trips will be published in the website), we can
offer an option to cancel a trip and join another trip without losing the deposits/previous payments.
Benefits seen in giving this option are:

Protection and peace of mind against sudden cancellations
Flexibility for the customers to experience the JMO ENT brand of curated trips
Additional revenue
Fee/Charge for this option is $200 at which will $150 will be for JMO ENT and $50 share for Whim for
processing the switch request.
How Switch/Reinstatement works
1. Since JMO ENT’s trip are non-refundable, customers can cancel anytime without any refund
2. They have the option to carry over their deposits (what they already paid) for any trip that
JMO ENT/Sky Resident will organize
3. We take $200 from the deposit/payments already made.
4. After taking the $200, the balance will be carried over to the next trip the customer desires.
Example:
Customer already made a $300 deposit for Belize and decided to cancel and wants to join
the Bali Trip which costs $1000.
We will take $200 from the $300 deposit. The remaining $100 will be his deposit for the
Bali trip, so he now has a total balance of $900 for Bali.
