Create Your Own This presentation is an easy guide in creating a PROMO CODE for your trip. Giving out Promo Codes is a great marketing strategy and promotes brand loyalty. Every Whim travel website has a corresponding Admin site where Trip Organizers can manage the trip – including creating PROMO CODES. https://www.poweredbywhim.com/(name of trip)/login  Access your trip’s Admin site.  Default Username: Admin  Default PW: Whim After logging in, it should take you to the Dashboard where you can see PROMO CODE at the left side menu 1 2 4 3 5 Fill out the Fields in the PROMO CODE page: 1 – For Trip Organizers with Multiple Destinations in a year, you can select the Destination where you would want to create a specific Promo Code 2 – PROMO CODE – this is where you create your own code to be given out to your customers 3 – Start Date – this is the date when the customers can start to use the Promo Code you created in (2) 4 – Discount – this is expressed in US Dollars ($), the amount will be taken from the total trip amount if the customer uses the Promo Code you created in (2) 5 – End Date – this is the last day that the customers can use the Promo Code that you created in (2). The put a check mark if you want to activate the Promo Code you created in (2). If this is left blank, the associated discount of the Promo Code encoded by the customers during Check Out will not be applied to their payment. Do not forget to SAVE after you filled out all fields. After you created and saved a Promo Code, it will appear at the bottom of the fields and you also have the opportunity to edit the entries you made in the fields.
