Just two kilometers distance from the busy streets and the branded shops of Argostoli you can visit Lassi. Located in the south-west of Kefalonia-Lassi is the perfect spot for families, couples, and beach lovers. One of the sandiest beaches on the island Makris Yialos is situated right here amongst with a few smaller, completely private beaches.

Located in the bottom of the Head" island on the edge of Skala Town you can discover a massive beach, long and deep at the same time, surrounded by pine trees. The composite of sand and shingle make Skala beach one of the most known beaches on the island. There are a few taverns along this stretch of coast where you can provide snack and cold drinks for the long, hot days spent swimming in the gorgeous water of the sea.
Myrthos beach – there aren't relevant words that can describe this beauty. Myrthos beach is the must see the place. You can only experience this flawless beach and its water. You shouldn’t try to transform it into a prose. The beach is semi-circular shape surrounded by white rocky cliffs with lush vegetation, just enough to reveal the meaning of the word preserving, and create a spectacular setting. The green fauna and the abrupt terrain, the white pebbles, and the sapphire waters compose breathtaking scenery. There aren't any umbrellas or sunbeds on this beach, so it remains completely unspoiled, ideal for total isolation and reality run away. Myrtos beach is the first beach that will come up to you if you type Kefalonia on your computer. This beach during the years has become a landmark of the island.
