Symptoms of Heart Attack: Some of the common heart attacks symptoms include: 1. Chest Pain. This pain may lead to pressure, tightness, and aching inside the chest. The pain will increase in the chest within a few minutes, and you will feel severe pain in the middle of the chest, and this pain will extend towards the left arm, jaws, neck, and the upper part of the upper back. The chest pain may appear after any physical work or due to emotional stress. The most common sign of a silent heart attack is shortness of breath which may occur with or without chest pain. Though it can happen to both men and women, it is most common in women. If you are walking and suddenly you feel cold sweat on your body and feel vomiting it may be a sign of a silent heart attack. Discomfort in other areas of your body. During a heart attack, a person not only feels pain in the heart but also in the whole body, and from time to time it gets severe. A person may feel discomfort in Arms, Neck, Back, Jaws, Stomach.
