MOST MORNINGS, I START BY REACTING TO EMAILS OR NOTIFICATIONS, WHICH QUICKLY
DRAINS ENERGY. INSTEAD, I JOT DOWN THE TOP THREE THINGS I MUST ACCOMPLISH.
FOCUSING ON JUST A FEW PRIORITIES HELPS ME ACTUALLY GET THINGS DONE AND FEEL
ACCOMPLISHED AT THE END OF THE DAY.
3. MOVE YOUR BODY
WHETHER IT’S STRETCHING, YOGA, A QUICK WORKOUT, OR A SHORT WALK, MOVING IN THE
MORNING WAKES UP YOUR BRAIN AND ENERGIZES YOU. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY RELEASES
