In today's world we are surrounded by machines which are used to facilitate us and provide us cozy living, but we humans have forgotten that our bodies are not made for these type of comforts.
In past that is about 100 years back, people were strong and fit because there were lots of physical exertion activities to do such as farming, construction and digging the grounds for water and irrigation. There were no heart or mental diseases. As the time passed by and humans started to make changes in their lifestyles, physical work gradually became less and we started relying on machines and gadgets.
Industrial development polluted our environment, nothing is pure and chemical contamination is inevitable everywhere.
I’m not against comfort living, but we can make our life better by adopting a healthy life style by doing physical activities in our surrounding such as home, office and neighborhood.
Gardening is a healthy activity, it makes a man nature friendly and keeps our bodies fit and strong.
Daily exercising such as running and weight training is good for our cardiac health which burns calories and bad fats in our body and boost immunity.
I was once affected by physical weakness and whenever I climbed the stairs my heart beat went high. I got tired easily. Soon I realized that I was losing energy and strength in myself.
One day, I decided to exercise. I started going to gym regularly and after six months I noticed a change in myself. My breathing got stronger and my heart beat became normal, energy level boosted and it left a very positive impact on my mood. I also started doing house chores with my wife and kids and it really changed my life.
We get this life once. It is very important to take care of our health and adopt a healthy lifestyle. A little change in our daily routine can increase our age so live healthy and live long!
