With 18 years of experience in the BPO and Call Center industry, I bring a strong foundation in Sales, Collections, Claims Processing, Fraud Analysis, and Customer Service. A key part of my background includes working with U.S.-based clients for different accounts like Financial Accounts (Bank and Investments), Insurance Claims and Collections, hotel and travel bookings through call center operations, where I assisted customers with reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests, submitting requests like withdrawals, checking suspicious transactions, updating information, checking statuses of requests and many more —ensuring excellent service and satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Beyond my corporate experience, I’ve also spent over 10 years leasing rooms and flats in Dubai, where I managed both online marketing and face-to-face transactions. This gave me valuable insights into customer acquisition, negotiations, and personalized service delivery.
I previously owned and operated a car rental business in the Philippines, which I successfully managed for several years before closing it last year. This entrepreneurial experience strengthened my skills in client management, digital marketing, and daily business operations, all of which continue to add value in customer-focused roles.
