I have worked as a virtual assistant at Invisibles Technologies and some of the tasks that I have
handled in the past are:
- Email Management/Filtering, I have been tasked with managing and sorting emails for VP's
and C suite executives of top organizations.
- Database building and maintenance, I have a vast experience in this field handling tasks like
updating emails and contact information in the Customer Management system.
- Following up with clients/customers by sending thank you and other reminder emails to the
clientele on behalf of the executives.
- Email outreaches, I have been tasked with doing outreaches on behalf of my clients to their
customers and colleagues especially during product campaigns.
- Calendar management, whereby I have been tasked with booking appointments with clients,
hotel and flight booking and scheduling meetings on behalf of my clients.
I have worked as a Web-research and Lead Generation expert at Invisible Technologies Inc.
My job has been to help clients with their business growth by finding accurate data depending
on the industry sectors from search engines, social media websites and online directories.
My web research work involved searching the web for contact details of companies, key
decision-makers, email Ids and phone numbers of the target prospects.
The tasks I have handled are:
- Building lists of contacts that would be used for product campaigns.
- Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Recruiter to generate leads and potential customers.
- I also have wide knowledge of Email Sourcing using renowned tools like leadIq and Skrapp.io.
- I have also been tasked with growing LinkedIn accounts and posting and ensuring the content
posted is relevant.

I am Web-research and Lead Generation expert being proficient in building lists of contacts on
behalf of executives, later these lists would be used for product campaigns. I am also

Due to my enduring passion for engineering, I enjoy building upon my knowledge of various
computer programs that I can utilize to further my career in the industry.
I also enjoy keeping up to date with the current affairs, both national and international events,
which helps me to get inspiration for the stories that I produce when I am working.
I enjoy playing a number of sports, including tennis and indoor hockey
I have been a freelancer for the past three years, working remotely from Kenya. One of the
greatest advantages has been the freedom to work anytime, from anywhere in the world as long
as the job is well done and on time. I also enjoy the ability to choose the type of work based on
what interests me and benefits me best.
It has also offered me faster growth opportunities as compared to any full-time job.
Being a freelancer has also immensely helped me to nurture great interpersonal skills and the
ability to deal with different kinds of situations, due to the exposure I have earned while working
simultaneously in a variety of fields and domains and with different people.
Over the years I have been able to confidently solve problems in my line of work. I have always
relied on my problem handling technique, which entails the following steps:
1. Analyzing the cause of the problem/unwanted situation and evaluate the scope of the
effects that the problem has caused.
2. Generate the best set of interventions that can be used to achieve the end goal and counter
the effects caused by the problem.
3. Evaluating the best solutions to be used while actively engaging teammates.
4. Implementing a solution from the list of evaluated the solutions.
5. Assessing the effectiveness of the solution and enhancing measures to ensure it does not
happen again.
