Lawn Maintenance: To keep our community looking its best, all homeowners are urged to regularly maintain their lawns. Wellkept lawns enhance our property's appeal and value. Please follow these guidelines: 1. Mowing: Keep your lawn at the right height to avoid overgrowth. 2. Weeding: Remove weeds from lawns, flower beds, and pathways. 3. Trimming: Trim shrubs, hedges, and trees to prevent encroachment. 4. Edging: Maintain clear edges along sidewalks, driveways, and common areas. Basketball Hoop Placement: To maintain a clean and hazardfree environment for all residents and visitors, do not leave basketball hoops unattended in communal areas such as sidewalks, streets, and common green spaces.
