Due to the success of the company, the fundamental driving forces of the Toyota Company, specific policies and practices of the company, and the practices associated with work attitude among the companies in the United States are discussed.
The Fundamental Driving Forces Influencing the Toyota Company
Several factors have contributed to the success of the Toyota Motor Company over the years. Such factors are considered to be the critical driving forces that have influenced the development of the organizational environment of the firm. Some of the elements include workforce diversity, technological innovation, global marketplace, together with ethics and morality.
Workforce Diversity
Though the parent Toyota Company is based in Japan, the workers for the company are not Japanese only but involve almost all races and cultures. Through the conduction of intensive research, the company has achieved to identify various needs from its customers across the world. The company has continuously been improving its technological ability to make sure that the commodities produced are standardized, unique, and meets the needs of every customer. For instance, by the application of advanced technology, the firm has generated many cars possessing special features that guide the user to follow a particular direction using GPRS. Such technological innovations have been acknowledged by several individuals who usually use such vehicles as their means of transport on a daily basis. Besides, such features have assisted several road users in tracing different locations and therefore saving their time and fuel. Many customers have purchased such vehicles that apply the GPRS technology, thus leading to an increase in sales in the company, hence earning increased profits.
Global Market Place
Since the Toyota Company is found in almost every country, it has established the global market. Due to the manufacture and sales of special commodities, the Toyota Company has developed an excellent reputation in the market. The market for the company has been strengthened by the affordability and the quality of their products. Moreover, the company has managed to produce vehicles of different kinds with varying features, and an affordable price that has enables many people to purchase them. The establishment of a competitive market has been enhanced by the quality and the efficiency of the vehicles. In that case, the advanced technology has assisted the company to be among the top manufacturers of quality vehicles, thus managing to thrive in the competing market.
Ethics and Morality
Among several aspects that have enabled the Toyota Company to succeed, the ethics and the morality of the company have played a significant role in its growth and development. In all the subsidiaries and the branches of the company, the firm has set various rules and regulations to be adhered by every individual. The company has ensured proper remuneration to every employee. The company guarantees its employee a good salary at the end of every month based on their effort to perform various tasks. In that case, the employees in the company have enough cash to cater to them and their families. The company has also established the opportunities for advancement and promotion. The firm has also kept a suitable working environment as one of the ethical practices. However, with the provision of all those opportunities, the employees are warned against corruption and negligence. According to the management of the company, corruption, and neglect that result in the termination of the job and in some cases, the involved employee can be sued in the court of law. The company valued every responsibility within the workplace and whatever it produces. The company ensures that its commodities meet the required standards by passing them through a given test to determine their quality.
Influence of Specific Practices and Policies on Organizational and Individual Outcome
The Toyota Company has indicated several policies on its website. Based on the information given by the management, safety and health are a critical aspect for the organization. According to the health and safety policy, it is indicated that the company takes the responsibility of managing every hazard in the workplace. Through the help of such a policy, the company tries its best to minimize loss and damages within the workplace. It is critical to comply with the legal obligations that the authority sets. The management significantly values the provision of appropriate information and conduction of training programs to the employees. In that case, the company promotes efficiency and quality services. The company applies its policy to ensure that its products are significantly valued in every market. Communication is also among the practices that influence the organizational and individual outcome of the organization and its employees (Wilhelm & Kohlbacher, 2011). Through conversation, the company ensures that its management, production, and sales are done the right way. The company has also adopted the policy of corporate social responsibility. The company has contributed much towards sustainable development through the preservation of the environment. The Toyota company usually manufacturer vehicles that are environmentally friendly in ensuring that it achieves the corporate social responsibility practice and policy.
Other practices involve customers and employees whereby the company values the existence of its customers in every process. According to the guiding principles of the company, the employees are given much respect. The business partners are also given much respect for the maintenance of fair practices in business transactions. The second guiding principle requires that the norms and culture of every community to be respected during the performance of various tasks. The exercises and policies set by the company have influenced the needs of the customers, employees and the involved communities, thus ensuring increased production and sales of the commodities that the firm deals with. All the mentioned aspects among others have contributed to the smooth running of the organizational activities through the employees’ performance.
Practices Associated with Work Attitude in the United States Organizations
Workforce diversity is among the practices linked with work attitude within the organizations in the United States, which significantly influence diversity. The second practice involves remuneration and promotion. In this case, residents operate most of the organizations in the United States. Several organizations have no trust in the outsiders for the management of their employees and affairs, and therefore, people from other communities are provided with minor positions. In such organizations, it is not easy for employees to rise to the top ranking. The attitudes and practices that non-Americans are not good in, usually affect diversity because not all organizations serve Americans only (Fard & Hosseini, 2015). This is one of the reasons why individuals value to support various firms that consider diversity in their practices. Such an exercise can be improved by making sure that employees with diverse skills from multiple communities are employed in American organizations. Besides, the creation of diversity increases market share as well as serves a critical role in the improvement of sales.

According to my beliefs, working in the company enables an individual to attain his or her skills and develop his or her career. The company provides a favorable working environment for its employees, perfect working conditions, and guarantees the employees with advanced opportunities.
