Summary
At McCormick Trucking Companies, we take pride in providing the best service possible to our clients and team members. The Dispatch
team is a critical component of ensuring that the company success both on the road and in the office. This procedure highlights the steps
team members need to take within the Dispatch department to properly handle the most common type of calls received. Other calls that
one may receive outside of these common situations should be handled on a case-by-case basis with leadership support, if needed.
