When advertising for a post the company doesn't need to target a certain group whether race, age or sex.
Providing maternity leaves and flexible working hours may attract women to apply and take up various positions.
Ways which training may be done differently for African Americans, Latinos and Women.
Training should be done equally across all races and sexes and there should be no difference.
When training people to take up the same task, discrimination should not be done depending on race or sex. There should not be special training pegged on race or sex all should be oriented the same.
