Introduction
Scientific progress delivers a lot of benefits for human civilization in general and every single
human being. Average life expectancy worldwide nowadays is about 72 years, while not
such long ago, for example in the 1960s, it was only about 52,5 years. This great indicator is
truly inspiring and promising for many people, but at the same time as we got longer lives,
many representatives of humanity began much often suffering from illnesses that were not
such common in the past.
This fact is related not only with an average life expectancy but also with environmental and
climate changes, average people’s dietary alterations (nowadays we consume at least twice
as many carbohydrates, and three as fewer fats, than an average human in 1960s), the
dominance of the passive lifestyle, persistent high stress level and many other factors. The
complex of all of them creates necessary conditions for the beginning of different chronic
illnesses.
These pathologies can occur in any organ or system of organs that suffer during a human's
lifetime the most. For example, if somebody is a big sugar-eater then probably he will have
diabetes in the future or if human lives all his life in a big industrial area and smoke a lot
there is a huge probability of COPD or chronic bronchitis occurrence. Nowadays there is
almost impossible to not get at least one or two chronic illnesses if you reached the age of
55-60 years.
In any way, modern medicine struggles to fight with these new diseases epidemy in a
traditional way, by creating powerful chemical medicines, which are truly can relieve the
symptoms of the patient’s disease for not a very long period of time. But as the influence of
the complex of factors, mentioned above, is stays unaltered the diseases keep progressing.
So scientists and doctors just have to keep playing this never-ending game with death and
producing even much stronger medicines.
As the GoogleInc created and allowed in 2019 to use to some companies it’s quantum
computer, a search of the potential useful chemical formulas for the medicines have become
easier, but at the same time, now we definitely know that their number is pretty big, but not
the infinite. The nearest 5-10 generations will definitely provide themselves with medicines to
fight many different diseases. But there is a big problem, that hides behind this fact.
When the patient uses some medication to suppress his illness symptoms for a long period
of time, his organism also slowly develops the resistance to its effect. At some point, the
effect of the medication becomes not sufficient to suppress the disease and he gets another
episode of its acute clinical manifestation. That is another reason why humanity keeps
producing new medications every day. The main problem of the resistance to medications is,
that it seems, that every next-generation partially genetically inheriting it.
So as we see from all the above, there will be one day in the future, when we can`t fight our
diseases with chemical substances anymore. In 2017 the humanity already faced a strain of
a Pneumonia Klebsiella, which was resistant to all know nowadays antibiotics and killed a
few people. That's why we should use every medication as a last resort in the treatment of
any pathology. Just imagine what will happen if humanity will exhaust the natural reserve of
medications too early?
How can we potentially fight diseases without traditional
medications?
The human body is a pretty complexly organized anatomical structure. Every part of the
human, with the exception of few rudimental organs that were lost their importance in the
functioning of the organism due to the evolution processes, takes a very important role in the
complex process of keeping the homeostasis in a stable condition. Stable homeostasis
means such a state of the internal body environment parameters (like pH of blood, oxygen
saturation, etc.) which can provide the most comfortable and adequate conditions for the
normal functioning of a single organism.
The homeostasis is achieved by the cooperative work of all systems, and organs of the
organism: digestive, respiratory, cardiovascular, excretory, etc. A digestive system absorbs
and delivers nutrition substances to the blood vessels. A respiratory system provides for the
organism the most crucial metabolic chemical element - oxygen. A cardiovascular system
delivers the nutrients and other substances to single sells and takes away from them the
waste products - metabolites. But if you ever wondered what is the main control center of
any organism, that coordinates all this process together, then you may know that this
function is laying upon two systems: nervous and endocrine.
The endocrine system is the main system that controls the intensity of most parts of an
organism’s metabolism - the process of creating and destruction of chemical substances
with absorption or realizing the energy. The main instrument for making such control is the
special chemical substances called hormones. They are producing by different endocrine
system glands.
The exact amount of every hormone that will be released from every gland is firstly regulated
by substances, called releasing and inhibiting hormones, that are mostly synthesized by the
hypothalamus. These hormones mostly have an influence on the pituitary gland, which
released different tropic hormones. And the tropic ones are stimulating the other glands and
make them produce all other hormones.
As we know, lots of diseases can occur as a result of different persistent metabolic
disorders. For example, type two diabetes, among other causes, can occur if a human's
pancreas will be damaged while persistent alcohol drinking or stable eating of too much
sugar. There are also many different chronic illnesses that occur due to continuous,
uninterrupted and often incurable inflammatory processes. Pretty many different chronic
pathologies start as a result of surgical removing different organs from the body. Humanity
learned to cure many of them by using different hormones: insulin, cortisone, different
estrogens, etc.
But using the hormones is not the panacea. When the patient begins the hormonal therapy
he has to understand pretty well, that, firstly, his organism gets a fraction of a hormone, that
does not clearly coincide with the chemical structure of his “native” substance of a similar
kind. Secondly, his hypothalamic-pituitary system slowly crushes down. And thirdly, due to
lack of natural and subtle control for the amount of hormones his organism needed, this
patient will slowly develop another chronic pathology. But there is still another way of
treatment!
Another way
You may notice we mentioned above that the endocrine system is only the first of two
systems that have control over other parts of the organism. The second one - the nervous
system, has even more impact on the functions of every organ, including the endocrine
glands. But there is a huge difference between the functioning of these two big parts of the
human organism, and the main of them is that we can improve the level of the nervous
system’s influence on the condition of our organism by making conscious efforts.
To understand better how you can change the state of your organism by influencing your
nervous system, firstly you will need to understand better the main principles of its anatomy
and physiology and get more into the mechanisms of its connections with the endocrine
system. You also will need some basic information about the psychology of relationships and
more data about stress and how it influences the development of different diseases. You will
find every piece of the mentioned information in this book.
Everything you will find here is not a big secret for doctors, but many of them just didn't see
on the problem of chronic disease development and treatment from this angle, and just
keeps heal the patients according to the easiest way for them. Just by prescribing different
meds. But as we understand such a method of healing is not only ineffective for a patient
from a long perspective but also can potentially be very harmful to humanity in general.
If you are tired of the unstoppable flow of different medications that grants only a temporary
effect, if you are ready to work hard on the statement of your nervous system to improve
your general health, if you want to forget about the acute symptoms of your chronic
illnesses, and last but not least if you want to help the humankind in the future and
nowadays, then this book - is exactly what you need. Here you will find not only the
interesting information that will help you to understand why you became or may become ill
but also many effective methods of preventing the development of different pathologies and
treating them.
