Hiring System Marketing Agency ● Project Goal: Create an onboarding system for the company ● My Role: Understand the weaknesses & create a system that’s suitable for the company ● Results & Highlights: A customised onboarding system for the organization that can be used by the hiring manager. All team members who are hired will be onboarded into the business with a proper understanding of their roles, targets and expectations. Click on the image above for a 3 min walk through of this system Launching A Lead Magnet Online training company ● Project Goal: An online training company needed a plan to launch a lead magnet for a online mini bootcamp course. ● My Role: As the project manager I needed to plan and cost the launch. ● Results & Highlights: The client was able to budget properly for the project as well as resource the project appropriately. This project included a project plan, budget, proposal & communication plan . Program management of an Online Summit Dubai Government Entrepreneurship Program ● Project Goal: Launch an online summit for 30 entrepreneurs, coach and train them on pitching to investors ● My Role: Manage the program ● Results & Highlights: All 30 entrepreneurs were trained at the end of the program. The 2 day online summit was a success and the entrepreneurs were able to use their training to pitch to investors. Business Strategy Uella: Womens Founders Emotional Care ● Project Goal: Outline the business strategy (goals & objectives) for the year ● My Role: Create a detailed strategy for the CEO to implement ● Results & Highlights: The CEO received clarity and direction for the business for the year. I held 4 planning sessions with her that outlined the businesses goals for the year & identified potential donors that she could contact for support.
