The business Structure
1. Rental Model:
Rental model refers to a certain phenomenon where a visitor and a host can have access to the
Marketplace simultaneously. A visitor can rent according to his choice and can contact the host
for the required information through the platform. After selecting the desired condo, he has to pay the
renting fee to the platform where a certain percentage (%) will be deducted as a service charge by the
platform. On the other hand, the host can collect his renting fee through the platform and a service
charge will be deducted upon a successful deal. This is a simple model where the platform plays a liaison
media between a host and a visitor of the online platform.
