Box-, Nairobi October, 2023 INTRODUCTION The scope of the project involves: • Supply, Testing, Installation and Commissioning of: Batteries Inverter Charger Ups, Distribution Board, Power Points • Sub-mains cabling from: Switch room to the server room Server room to the distribution board of admission block PROGRESS OF WORKS • Installation of metallic trunking is complete. • Installation of the battery bank (24 batteries on a metallic rack) is complete. • Installation of clean power and raw power sockets is ongoing. • Clean power and raw power distribution boards have been installed. • Isolating switches have been installed. • An Industrial socket for the power supply to the UPS is installed. • Installation of the inverter is complete. PENDING WORKS • Completion of cabling and wire termination of clean and raw power from the distribution board to the isolator switches and finally to the industrial socket. • Installation of remaining clean and raw power sockets. • Installation of the UPS and plugging it to the industrial socket. • Installation of the inverter control module. RECOMMENDATION • Contractor to hasten the completion of the remaining works as he waits for the arrival of the UPS. • Contractor to complete installation and testing of the inverter.
