and equity in our workplace and aiding diverse colleagues in their career progression into broader
leadership roles. MRC is partnering with Catalyst, a global nonprofit working with companies to
achieve workplace inclusion.
Sponsorship is a critical leadership attribute for leaders committed to talent sustainability in their
organizations. Sponsors at MRC include executives at the SVP and above levels who have a wealth
of experience, knowledge, passion, influence, and exposure that can benefit Sponsees.
Eligible Sponsees are diverse colleagues in the VP and SVP levels who would benefit through
increased visibility and access to key leadership, expanded opportunities, and an accelerated career
path.
Continued support would be provided by Catalyst through quarterly check-ins.
Successful completion of the MRC Sponsorship Program would provide the ideal precursor to
expansion of the program as well as the design and launch of a mentoring program.
